Called and ask if price for upper denture included everything and was told that it did. I scheduled an appointment on november 23. Got an exam and xray and then sit down for explanation of treatment plan and financial . My insurance pays 1500 so I chose comfylite upper replacement 1376.00. The office manager showed me on the computer the document showing a total of 1517.50 and told me my part was 17.50 and that my insurance would pay the rest. I paid 17.50 on my credit card and then signed the document saying paid in full with no further patient responsibility. Over the course of next 4 weeks I received my dentures. A month later i received a bill for 530.00 . I called my insurance company and talked for over 2 hours to 3 different departments trying to find out why they did not pay this bill. Finally i was told it was aspen that charged the amount. I called and talked with the very same person who suggested down with me at my original appointment. She the explained that a mistake had been made and it was aspens mistake and that my denture treatment plan was actually over 2000.00 . I was told that they would talk to mrs. William's and get back with me witch never happened. I waited another week or so and called back. This time i talked to a new office manager who was starting her first day on the job. I dont know what happened to the other lady. I was told by the new lady the same thing that they would talk to mrs. William's and get back and they never did. I received another bill for 530.00 so called a third time and got a recording. I told them i was not responsible for the 530.00 and it was their mistake and problem and I still have my agreement stating that do not owe any additional amount. I told them that I never agreed to or signed off on anything saying I owed that amount. I also said I would have not gotten dentures if they told me my part would be that much. Nobody from Aspen has ever reached out to me at all and now I have receive still another bill forBusiness response

Each independently owned and operated location and care team has the autonomy to work with patients, so they receive quality care. Every patient complaint is taken seriously and the office will work to resolve any concerns that are raised, living into our commitment to say "Yes" to quality oral care. I appreciate you giving us the opportunity to review this inquiry directly with the consumer adhering to federal privacy laws.
