    On April 20 I made a purchase from the Good Feet Store in Hixson TN. Shortly after the purchase I decided that I had not used the items nor would I ever so I tried to return the purchase to the store. At that time I was told by the store employee that since I made the purchase with **** ******, that I would have to first file a dispute with the CC company and then the Good Feet Store would call me for resolution. I filed the complaint with the CC company on 5/13/24. On 6/11/24 I received notification from the CC that they denied my dispute and I would be responsible for the purchase. I called the Good Feet store to ask why my claim was denied and no one from the store had contacted me. They side stepped everything and keep referring me on to the next person. On 6/15/24 I made copies of my receipts and then I took all of the items I had purchased (still unused) to the store , placed them on the counter, told them the receipt was in the bag along with my phone number and walked out of the store. At this time I do not have any of the merchandise and have not been refunded for anything. At no point during their predatory sales pitch did they tell me that I could not make a return if I made the purchase through the Credit Care Card, which they peddled on me as well. I have yet to hear from anyone from the store regarding my return. I would like my money refunded to me in it's entirety.

    ***** originally purchased on 4/20/24. Standard Good Feet policy is 60 day resize/exchange, no refunds, and is stated on the sales receipt. As part of our commitment to our customers, we follow up with them via follow up calls to see how they are doing. Making sure they are receiving the results and benefits they came in to get. If they are having issues, we invite them back in to see what is going on and help resolve. 
    We will reach out to ***** inviting him back in so we can further assist him in a resolution.

    I was told there would be store credit.  As of 15 June 2024 (within the 60 day window) the store is in possession of the merchandise not me. I do not have possession of any Good Feet products. Nor have I been given a refund or credit.

    Quality customer care is very important to us, and so we want to make sure clients are receiving the results and benefits they came in to get. If they are having issues, we invite them back in to see what is going on and help resolve.
