    I have a young child with a g-tube that needs special formula that you need to order through a place like Cornerstone Health, they are one of only 2 places that have it, according to the doctors at **********. My son cant have any other formula due to allergic reactions. I ordered the formula weeks ago, called no less than a dozen times, each time Im told the formula will be there the next day or shortly. I asked them to send me a tracking number each time, they never did. I still dont have the formula. I call and half they time they dont answer turn phone or worse they answer then transfer me to customer service for help, but the phone simply rings and says nobody is available at this time, with no recourse. Ive tried using their chat feature on their website, but it is a third party that handles their chats and they cant help. You have enough stress as it is with a child that has medical complications and a company like Cornerstone compounds that and put patients at risk. They shouldnt be allowed to handle medical supplies where patients rely on prompt and accurate delivery and information.
