    Re:  Complaint ID:  ********
Earlier this morning, we received communication from the Better Business Bureau about a concern from a *** ******* ***** concerning a transaction that occurred on Saturday, February 18th, 2023.
*** ***** purchased a new set of tires from us for his 2021 BMW.  We were more than happy to provide the service for *** ****** and appreciate his business.  When he dropped his vehicle off, we let him know that our hours of operation on a Saturday are from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.  When his vehicle was complete, we notified *** ***** by phone, who became irate that we would not stay after closing time to accommodate his desired pickup time.  I ended up personally staying late to accommodate Mr. Patel.

Upon his arrival outside of our normal business hours, *** ******* rudeness continued.  He started yelling at members of our team who were trying to go home because his “wheels were damaged.”  I personally went to perform an inspection with *** ***** to show him that his wheels were still in pristine condition, and that the “damage” he was yelling about was dirt.  His entire vehicle looked like it had been through a mud hole.  I photographed the “damage”, then licked my thumb and rubbed the dirt off – revealing the pristine wheel.  I have attached photos of this for evidence.
*** ***** continued to yell, demand a refund in full, and threatened us with this Better Business Bureau complaint if we did not bend to his demands.
Our business, Eagle Tire Pros, has been family owned and operated for almost 30 years.  We are proud to have an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, and always have.  We operate a business with integrity, honesty, and conviction – refusing to back down from bullies like Mr. Patel.
We appreciate your attention to this matter, and handle every customer concern very seriously.

    Sincerely,

    ******* *******
