Bought a brand new Jeep and wanted new tires and wheels on it. Took it in to Texas Tire in Jackson and got a quote and paid half down that day which was March 9th. Took it in March 16th to have Tires, life and steps installed. We loved the way it looked. On the way home from the shop (same day we picked it up) the tire sensor lights came on and they were not reading. We have been in contact with them back and forth since March to fix it. They asked me to take it to the jeep dealer in Jackson to have them fix it with their machine. I took in in there and they couldn't help. They actually said Texas tires does this all the time! I took it back to Texas Tires. They said they would buy a Tazer to fix the problem. They did that and came to my house to fix it. IT was off until we drove it. 10 miles from home it popped again. Texas Tires cannot figure it out now going on almost 2 months. We are at a loss. Tonight when texting the manager I asked what they were gonna do to fix my jeep back to the perfect condition it was in before I took it to them (the sensors were working) and asked if corporate should get involved. I received a horrible text back from the manager about my being demanding and that corporate would do nothing and my jeep was now MY PROBLEM along with many other things that I desired these wheels so its my problem. Texas Tires needs to restore the jeep back to working order and they don't know how to so they need to work it out to get it fixed elsewhere.
