The A Team serviced our split system today. Their servicemen are very courteous yet professional. They did an awesome job! I would recommend them to anyone.

Air conditioner is under warranty. Was told to wait before paying. They would lit me know. Then I get a bill with a late charge. The pressure switch was defective. Told by service person. So why do I have to pay calling them mon day. They are closed on Sat. They should be closed forever if they don't know what to doA Team Heating & Cooling, Inc.

*** ****** we mailed an invoice out in August and we did not put a finance charge on your account until November. You was not the original homeowner so the system did not have a labor warranty. We did get the part covered under warranty and you was not billed for it. When you called me concerning the charges I told you I would send out a copy of the original invoice and I would take the finance charge off. When we hung up you seemed to understand and was fine. If you had another issue we could have discussed it.
