              My bill has repeatedly been flagged as delinquent several times even though it isn't late. They have called and harassed me leaving voicemails threatening cutoff and sending cutoff letters when the bill isn't even past due.

              They have left my family without electricity for the holiday season and will not attempt to get it on until Tuesday at the latest without Tuesday being set in stone. As in it could take longer than Tuesday to get it situated. This would make it almost 8 days without electricity through no fault of my own. My bill is paid up to date and my deposit is in my account. This company has no regard for human life or wellbeing and being a monopoly in the area has made them disregard any humility or human decency. I’m simply leaving this review to encourage people thinking or moving to an area under their jurisdiction to reconsider and move to an area with competitors.
