I contacted this business in January due to my heatpump not working. He said it was a fuse and he could come to fix it. When he came he said it needed a new blower motor. He said to order one would take awhile but he had one just like it- same brand and size that was in great used condition that he could sale for a little cheaper. Instead of waiting for days in freezing weather we agreed. He came back but installed the wrong part. It was a small blower motor that would not blow the heat in all 3 levels of our home. I called and he apologized and said he would be back the next day with the new one and he never me came. I called and emailed numerous times, because due to my blower motor having to work 24/7 my natural gas and electric went up to astronomical numbers!! Also when he "worked on it" he messed up the air messing with the fuses so the air don't work. 3 weeks ago he said he would come and fix it and acknowledged he made a mistake and now had the right part but never came. Today he told me he wasn't coming that he don't like to work cheap. Money was not an issue! He charged us almost 300 for an incorrect used part and fix! It messed up my Rheem system! I don't know if he is licensed or has a business license. He should be covered by insurance to fix the damages he done. I was nice wanting my heatpump fixed as he said he would do, but he evidentally doesn't know how or perhaps he knows how severely he damaged it. I want him to pay for someone to come fix the issue he created. It is hot and out air doesn't work! I have a chronically ill child at home that cannot be subjected to high heat. I have had to take her to the doctor because of her severe asthma flare ups! I want this repaired ASAP. Also I want to know if he has a business license and if he has insurance to cover the damages he created! Thank you very much !
