This company is predatorial and uses MLM tactics to sell overpriced and dangerously cumbersome units. If there is ever a class action law suit filed against them I will be more than happy to join it. After purchasing on the “book and ride” program and receiving gifts for meeting the requirement the company audited my account and took away bookings based on the marital status of my REFFERAL, mind you I’m a single individual and they had no problem pressuring me into buying this hunk of junk. I’ve since given the unit to a couple from my bookings who choose not to purchase because of the outrageous price. I was supposed to get this piece of junk for free after completing the program. However, after misleading audit I was over being treated like I was employed by rainbow wasting my time and energy lugging the unit to bookings and begging friends and family to purchase so that I could complete the book and ride program. I also notice that they practice projecting blame onto the customer instead of owning the fact that they are PREDATORY LENDERS. BUYERS BEWARE! Can we please get a classs action lawsuit going against this company, Dear God. They play on your emotions big time and the product isn’t even practical for people of average body size and weight to use. It’s dangerous to use if your a petite female. Very cumbersome bulky and hard to navigate for a average smaller person. Rainbow should be ashamed of how they conduct business.
