    Bought 2 bands online on 3/5/2023 and paid with Apple Pay. There is no acknowledgment or confirmation email for the order #10070 for $59.04. There is no response to email inquiries and the phone does not ring or is not answered. This seems to be a scam.

    12-15-22 I ordered a fit bit band from this company for $32.99-I made sure it was designed for my fit bit watch. Order number 7851. When it arrived it was defective, as only one side of the 2 piece strap would stay attached to the fit bit watch. I immediately, the day after it arrived (12-27-22), emailed and asked to return the band and get a refund. The website offers a "money back guarantee." I wasn't asking for a refund because I didn't like the product, I was asking for a refund because the product was defective. The company responded to my emails at first--they wanted a video--I sent. I have offered to return the band, if they would instructed me on where to send it, but no response to that. I have sent several emails explaining over and over what the problem is--the band will not stay attached to my watch, making it useless, and asking for a refund I have gone on to replace the band so I don't want a replacement. I want a refund. I feel that this must be a fraudulent company, as I feel as I am justified in wanting a refund for a defective product. I have been as cooperative as I can with this company and still no refund and now they have stopped communicating with me. Please help me get a refund rom this company. Thanks, E **********

    I have had my apple 5 watch for 2 years now. I have never had any issues. I have now started to get burned by the watch. The watch is 2 years ild and should not be giving out like this. I have had apple watches for the 8 years and have never had an issue like this. I can not find any place within apple to complain about this.

    I placed an order on 7/20 for 2 bands. Order # 7531. They took their payment out immediately. I did receive an email confirmation. I emailed and called with no answer or response after a month of no communication or the item in hand. The phone keeps ringing and ringing. I still haven't heard from anyone i regards to my shipment. The website try's to have you download an app and you get redirected.

    On August 2nd I placed a large order with Apple Watch Bands. I never received a confirmation email or a delivery notification as indicated on their website. When I checked here, it seems like they also do not do a good job in replying to emails. I downloaded the Shop app as indicated which would not allow me to see the shipping details. I would like to know if and when I will be receiving the watch bands.

    I placed an online order on July 8 for 4 watch bands. My payment was accepted. I have received no communication whatsoever despite multiple attempts at phoning (phone just rings and rings) and have sent 3 email messages with no reply. I received no email confirmation or notice of shipment. The web address of the store is applewatchbands.store. The webpage lists their address as San Antonio, Texas.

    I ordered a watch band July 8th and payment was taken. My credit card was charged $50 for the product. I never received an order confirmation or a follow up email with tracking info or my product. I emailed and called the company many times with no response and the customer service number listed on their website @ (XXX) XXX-XXXX rings non-stop then disconnects.

    I ordered a watch band June 8 and payment was taken. I have never received an order confirmation, a follow up email with tracking info or my product. I gave emailed them twice with no response and their customer service number just rings non stop them disconnects.

    Consumer Response /* (2000, 6, 2022/06/23) */ The strap showed up in the mail with no warning or order confirmation. I am pleased it came but not a very good consumer experience.
