      This company is the preferred Frigidaire Company. I have a problem with my dishwasher which is under warranty. National Platinum was suppose to come and fix it on Friday 2 August. The problem was called in on Monday July 29th. No call; no show. I finally got to talk to a person and was told they would be here Monday. Again no call;no show. Got hold of Frigidaire today Monday the 5th and told them the problem. They again referred me to National Platinum.. I told them no way as National Platinum has bad, bad reviews and lies about keeping appointments. After stating facts they gave me the # of a local company who does repairs under warranty for them. For the record National Platinum should not be preferred referral and Frigidaire should not rely on them as first choice.Since they choose to put customers needs last. I will never buy another Frigidaire product. I am very disappointed with their warranty service. Why have a warranty if you have to make 10 phone calls with people who obviously do not stand by their product.

      Dear Mr. *********  We are very sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with our company. However, we have only had your work order assigned to our company one time. We received your work order on the 29th of July, we called and left voicemails and text messages on that day, and also the 30th. When we finally spoke with you, we did explain to please disregard the appointment that Frigidaire had given you so that we can have our head technician review the information on what is going on with your appliance so that when we did come out to you we would be ready to repair the unit. We rescheduled your appointment for the 8th of August. We called you yesterday August 5th to know if you'd like to take a sooner appointment for the 7th (tomorrow). You accepted, and the service call was cancelled today. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and we hope that you do get the resolution you are looking for with Frigidaire.       This company needs to be put out of business. I have had an appointment twice for someone from this company to come to my home to check my refrigerator and both times no one has shown up or called. My Frigidaire refrigerator was purchased in May of 2023 and quit working in August 2023. The Frigidaire company is no better. I have called them numerous times and all they do is schedule an appointment with one of their contract companies which never shows up. So, I would also like to state that the Frigidaire company gets a F rating from me and I will NEVER purchase another product from the Company. Due to the fact they they are not accredited with the BBB then they obviously do care if anyone complains. I tried to contact the BBB concerning the Frigidaire Company and how useless their contract repair service is and could not find the correct website. So, if there is anything that the BBB can do to help me resolve this matter it will be greatly appreciated. In closing, I just want to state again the the Frigidaire company is not a company that takes care of their customers. Also the Lowe's company was no help. When I called to explain my problem with my fridge they just told me to call Frigidaire. This has been the worst purchase that I have ever made in my lifetime,

      I called to be scheduled for service, and I was supposed to be called within 3 business days. After 5 business days, I called and asked why I had not received a call to be scheduled. The representative told me there was an error in the system, and that's why I did not get called. I was scheduled one week later for service. By the time the technician finally showed up, an hour after the provided 3 hour window, I had been without a fridge for two weeks. The technician attempted 90% of the same diagnostic methods I tried. The entire time he was there, he mentioned how he doesn't like new refrigerators because it's so hard to diagnose them. He finally comes to the conclusion that the motherboard was damaged, maybe. As he was leaving, he told me that the company would call me on Monday to confirm the next steps. Before he left, I asked him if it would be better if i ordered the part myself and had then installed it since i was paying for diagnostics regardless. He told me that their company gets part at a much cheaper price and that they would have a better deal. Finally, after 3 business days, I was given a call 20 mins before their closing time, and a voicemail was left stating that I needed to pay before they would order any parts. My parts were not ordered until one week after the technician was on site. My part was delivered about one week later and about 3 days later my part was replaced. I went over a month without a fridge because of the lack of urgency this company has and total disorganization. Today I was given the final invoice and the part was more expensive than if I would have ordered the part myself. I will never use this service again, nor will I recommend this service to anyone, not even people I don't like.

      CALLED NPS A KAZILLION TIMES! NO CALL BACKS . TRIED EVERY EXTENTION I COULD AND NOTHING! THIS COMPANY IS WHY PEOPLE HAVE NO TRUST! P.O.S COMPANY! NEGATIVE 5 STARS

      To start off, they never answer when you contact them, and never call back if you leave a message, this was true for both myself and my warranty company who had been trying to contact them. This being over the course of 6 months trying to contact them. I made a warranty claim in December 2021 on my dishwasher using my warranty company NSI Protection Plus, they contracted National Platinum Service of Knoxville to do the work. Long story short, for 6 months they lied to myself and NSI about not being able to obtain the necessary parts, and always told me they would check with the service technician about getting them. They had initially sent a technician in December to see what was wrong, he "ordered" parts. They finally sent another technician in March to install some part but he told us it was not the part needed to fix the dishwasher, that part was on backorder. After many calls, and a total of 6 months of not having a dishwasher, I got fed up and did my own research. I found that the parts they "ordered" were readily available from multiple suppliers, including the original manufacturer Samsung. When I told them this in June 2022, they said their specific supplier didn't have it, so I got their suppliers information for them, Marcone Supply. Their supplier told me that the part was available and ready to ship in multiple locations and had remained in stock from the time the part was supposedly ordered. National Platinum Service had been telling my warranty company NSI this same lie whenever they were able to get them to answer. NSI has now set me up with a new repair servicer and I hope the terminate any future business they had with National Platinum Service.
