Kept my motorcycle over 4 months for a simple carborator cleaning. Never got a written estimate only a verbal. Didn't get a clear bill until the day I picked up the motorcycle which was double the verbal estimate. At the time of pick up, the motorcycle did not idle properly and was not in good service (that is unrideable). The bottom line is: They charged me ********, gave me back a motorcycle in the same condition that I delivered to them for repair(s). Oh, I did get a new battery. Their only consiliation: "I did the best I could"

They had my vehicle for over 4 months now took it in after it had self corrected a "limp mode" issue to see what the problem was and was told that the code was nothing BUT it needed a rear main seal replacement so I told them to go ahead with that and let me know when they were done. After a month I called to check on it and they told me that it had blew out the front main seal and valve cover gaskets so they had to replace those too. A few days went by and I had to call again when the owner informed me that it wouldn't start stating that it's now having electrical problems and would run down the problem. After a month of ME having to call and get half or dishonest updates on it I find out that some how the fuse panel and the body control module have been fried and that supposedly there is a year and a half back order on the body control module, so we came to the conclusion to just send mine off to be rebuilt and he would have it reprogrammed at which point he informed me that it would be a 6-8 turnaround time in which I agreed to. Under the presumption that he had pulled the body control module and send it off I went by one day to get some keys off of my keyring at which he presumes to tell me that he found a new one and could have it overnighted but wanted a good faith payment to order it, at that point I asked him "didn't you send mine off to be rebuilt" he said no and started making excuses as to why he hadn't so I asked the price difference in the two and it would save about 100 dollars to have mine rebuilt and this time he tells me that we were only looking at a ten day turnaround time for mine to be rebuilt then he comenced to ask again for a good faith payment in which I told him when he gets my truck back running the way I left with him at this time 3½ months ago I would pay him now a month later I haven't heard anything from him and at this point I just don't know what to do anymore.
