    PURCHASED 2 1100 CCA LITHIUM BATTERIES FOR MY SHOP VAN. AN OLD 2006 E350 DIESEL CARGO VAN. COMPLETELY STOCK, NOTHING ADDED, STOCK ALTERNATOR EVERYTHING VACTORY EXCEPT FOR THE UPGRADED BATTERY CABLES AND THESE LITHIUM BATTERIES. ONE OF THEM SHORTED INTERNALLY AND CAUGHT FIRE. ALMOST BURNED MY VAN AS WELL AS MY BUILDING ON FIRE. CALLED IN AND EMAILED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE, THAT WAS A WASTE OF TIME, I AM QUOTING HERE, " I HAVE NO DESIRE TO ASSIST YOU WITH YOUR BATTERY FAILURE." IS WHAT I RECEIVED IN AN EMAIL. I OWN A DIESEL REPAIR SHOP AND HAVE BEEN BUYING THESE BATTERIES FOR YEARSSSSS NOW AND THIS IS WHAT I GET IN RESPONSE. I WOULD LIKE TO UPLOAD THE PICTURES FOR EVERYONE TO SEE. FIRE EXTINGUISHERS WILL NOT PUT THE FIRE OUT. WE WERE LUCKY ENOUGH TO STILL BE ABLE TO GET TO THE BATTERY TRAYS AND DROP THEM OUT OF THE TRUCK. THEY WERE JUST OVER A YEAR OLD AND STILL NO HELP FROM THEM. BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT PURCHASE ANY OF THEIR BATTERIES AS THE GLASS MATTED REGULAR BATTERIES ALSO FAIL WITHIN 2 YEARS OR SO. HAD TO TAKE THE LITHIUM BATTERY OUT OF MY WIFES ESCALADE AS IT KEPT DYING AND WOULD NOT WORK, THE ALARM WOULD GO OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT IN THE GARAGE WHEN THE CHARGE WOULD GO LOW. THAT IS A 202O CADILLAC, NO NOT JUST SOME JUNKY CAR OR TRUCK! THEIR PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE. THE D RATING FOR THIS COMPANY IS WELL DESERVED!!!
