All information,the warranty booklet,warranty card, and store sales receipt needs to be in a safe and convenient location.
The Law Label should not be removed or it will VOID the warranty.
The manufactures warranty will be voided if the mattress is soiled or stained.
There is an ajustment period for your body to become accustom to the mattress.
Body impression is not a structural defect. Body impressions actually decrease overtime when the comfort layers are given time to settle to their normal height.
Frame/Center Support. Always use a strong, stable foundation.
New mattress smell/ Before putting on bed linens let the sleep set "air" for a few hours upon removal from plastic packaging.
Mattress delivery/ Advise the store before delivery of any obstacles, such as small doorways, or staircases. You can flex the mattress a little, but never fold, curl or bend it.
