Visited The Bed Store The last weekend of May looking for a Sealy mattress. **** was the salesman and he was quick to say the prices on a Sealy mattress had gone up in price. Told him I needed a full size mattress with a pillow top. The one he showed me was foam. He said this mattress could be delivered the next day which was a little too soon for me as I had to move furniture around. Paid $895 for the mattress, taking the receipt, and googled the mattress with the information but could not find out anything about the name of the company. I did not feel comfortable with the foam thing. When I left the store he had other customers and he said he would call me. When he didn't, I tried calling him, but he was only available for chat. It was a weekend and again he said he would call me Monday. Again I had to call him, but due to car issues having to install a new battery and alternator, it was a little later. I made attempts with measurements, going to the store, calling feeling his response time was slow, and the product not explained. Somebody else was supposed to call me when he was out of the office, but I never heard from what was supposed to be the main manager over all the Bed Stores. I got a text after my visit to the store from a delivery person who said the mattress was on his truck and he would be delivering it in 15 minutes. I did not accept the delivery.
