    We purchased insurance ahead of our trip to cancel for ANY reason. We have a senior cat who needs special care and had gotten diagnosed with kidney failure after our booking and will need to now go on our trip with us. We asked if there would be any way they could accommodate us with this. They have a no pet policy and could not accommodate us, which we understood. We canceled our trip 2 months prior to our trip and booked elsewhere with accommodations we need. We filed the insurance claim and red door is REFUSING to issue the refund. We will be looking into taking legal action as they are not following the policies as stated on their own website. We used to love using them, but after this we will NEVER use this company again and encourage others to go elsewhere. This company is dishonest and will steal your money and not honor not only what their own policy states, but what their own reps tell you when booking your reservation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST COMPANY!

    Best cabin rental company in the Smokies. I’ve used them multiple times and they always go above and beyond to adhere to the needs of their guests and their customer service is A+.
