I recently obtained my credit report and found fraudulent accounts, an overload of addresses and even a different variations to my name. My information may have been a part of a data breach as the occurrence has only been happening for these past years. I also found accounts that I believe not mine: Please delete these accounts from my credit report at once. Any questions or concerns I can be reached at *** and email at ***. I need a response from the company.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/03) */ The accounts in question are closed and paid in full. They were for balances owed to her children's pediatricians office. The balances were for services rendered in 2015 and 2016 and the accounts were paid off in full on 02/26/2020. The accounts are not a result of identity theft and they were reported correctly.Initial Complaint

On 12/24 I received notification that a new collection account had been placed on my credit report for $52 through this agency. I did not receive a formal notification of this debt as required by FDCPA 809(b). Due to not being properly informed of this debt I was not given the proper "dunning" period to investigate the debt. I was in the process of buying a home so I was forced to pay this debt in order to proceed. The debt was paid directly to the original debtor listed (Vyve). I have yet to receive any form of communication from this collection agency. Due to the FDCPA violation I am requesting this debt be removed from the credit agencies.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/03/03) */ The account was placed in our office on 10/29/2021. We sent out our first notice to **** ***** ******* ** XXXXX-XXXX on 11/02/2021. This was a valid reporting. The account balance was resolved on 12/25/2021 and reported to us by our client *** *** on 12/31/2021. We updated the account in our office and reported to the credit bureaus that the account was closed and paid in full on 01/14/2022. Consumer Response /* (3000, 9, 2022/03/06) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) No letter was received regarding this account. Per the **** informed delivery app there has been no correspondence from this business within 30 days of 11/02/21 or before or after that timeline. Please delete from credit reporting agencies immediately. Business Response /* (4000, 18, 2022/04/12) */ The account was placed in our office on 10/29/2021. We sent our first notice to **** ***** ******* * XXXXX-XXXX on 11/02/2021. We called the phone number provided by our client on 11/15/2021 and was advised we had a wrong number. We then proceeded to skip the account and located two possible contact numbers for the consumer to which we received no answer on. The account did not report to Transunion until 12/22/2021 and to Equifax on 12/23/2021. Our client notified us on 12/31/2021 that they received the consumer's payment on 12/25/2021. We updated the account in our office and reported to the credit bureaus that the account was closed and paid in full on 01/14/2022.
