    Workmanship, quality and post project customer support are not good at all. He does not appear "to want to make it right" as he has stated that "he wants to make it right". Has said he would come out but has made excuses and never shows thus continuing to put off the repair and a pre-repair meeting with me. I paid him over ** for a terrible job and poor service, and the work he did ended up costing me another ** because he did not take into consideration the door leading out onto the patio. Clean-up was terrible, concrete was on the road [in front of my home] and clumps of it were in my yard. Finished patio began cracking immediately, I still end up with puddles of standing water on the patio [that do not drain], they did not place a bonding agent between the old patio and the new pour, they did not use a silicone sealant which I found out [from them] after the work was complete. Extremely dissatisfied with this company and do not recommend them at all and advise anyone even considering them to find someone else. I have discovered that many people have had a bad result with company, so I'm not the only dissatisfied customer.
