    This company doesn’t have no communication when it comes to TL’s … from training on down. It was a fast pace learning process and once you get on the phones they telling you, you’re doing everything wrong. When you need help or anything your TL’s don’t help. They take 2/3 days to get back to you. They will do corrective actions for every little thing. Instead of helping they just suspend you and then terminate you for no reason. This company sucks !!!!! Do not work for this company!!! Capital one needs to take their contract away from this company !!! They do everything wrong !!!!!!

    I worked for the previous company that was absorbed by what became Foundever. The people I worked with were all good employees that just wanted to do their work and stay employed. I'm very certain they've all been replaced with seasonal hiring and overseas call centers. Management didn't care about mental health or work/life balance. Head office cared even less that we were even human beings. Typical corporate slimeballs. The original company I was hired on for had a real office here where I live. It's been closed for a couple years now. I haven't seen any of the people I worked with since they shut it down. Even a year after they furloughed me into a layoff, it still affects my mental wellbeing knowing that such an awful corporation is allowed to continue operating. If anyone there still knows who I am, I doubt they even care that I'm saying this. Guess I'll move to a Google review next.

    Do not do it. Faulty computer equipment will set you behind. Rush training for seasonal job, sign on issues never resolved your on your own to contact IT Techs for both foundever and intuit. Will get fired for no fault of your on, question? how can a person complete their training and midterm when their system can't find you through the login information they provided? How can you begin training when their computer tower kicks you out so much you have to keep restarting the system then sign into adobe connect to participate? now they did send another computer tower... but then the sign on is a problem so I'm listening to what is going on in adobe connect, but i have no ACCESS to the areas i needed to get caught up, so my hands are tied because the issues are on their end. So Monday i'm listening on adobe connect asking if they fixed my sign on issues with global so i can get caught up, next thing i know an admin person told me to log off and return their equipment? her reason was i didn't do my midterm or modules...How could I? with no ACCESS TO THE WEBSITES? I stuck with it and didn't quit, they did by not sending the right tower and not resolving the issues from the beginning on their end

    No work-life balance for management Will just up and term you even if you didn't break any company policy doesn't matter if you are a coach or not, no communication around xyz will lead to corrective action or termination they will just process it then pull and tell you like they did me and then can't even explain what I was termed for OM's can't take feedback or criticism OM makes you do their work and gets upset when its not done (keep in mind this is more than the normal stuff they ask for) Don't follow company policy but love asking what is the policy remote also known as W@H gets nothing while they push how nice it is to work for the company brick and mortar sites. I've been W@H for almost 7 years and they haven't once done anything for us at all so you do way for work for the same pay Very unethical the way they do things even if you think is good its not I learned that the hard way.OM's need to learn to take feedback and stop saying they're open to feedback but when it's presented to them from someone below you take it as an insult instead of at face value. This causes the workplace to become even more toxic since the coaches are held to this standard and the OM's pretend to be creating a divide at work that's not needed. They need to learn to communicate properly instead of up and terming coaches who have been here for over 10+ years with no conversations around this happened to me, my friend while neither one of us has had any issues the entire time we have worked here they just wanted us gone targeted us to get rid of us legacy Sitel employees since the merge we kept the legacy Sitel policies so all the Sykes people had to learn everything we have done for years as coaches and OM's. They wouldn't allow us to speak on basic policy issues either as coaches have always done it seems to me that didn't want anyone speaking up or out and do whatever they wanted even if against company policy which they broke many to term me and my friend.

    I reached out to get more info about their "work from home" job based on a facebook post. I asked about the name then I looked it up in BBB. At first I couldn't find it. They told me it was a new company. Then, I searched some more and found them. But I saw previous reviews and decided not to. I've been burnt before and this sounds fishy.

    I would give 0 stars if I could. I returned equipment for Sitel over a year ago, ALL equipment, and they are harassing me to return equipment that I’ve already returned and have confirmation proof that I’ve already returned.
