First they sent out a “salesman” who said we can remodel your dad’s bathroom for ******. This included a pocket door and a larger sink. So sign contract and pay a third of the amount so $6300. A few days later a gentleman came out and no can’t do the larger sink or pocket door. The contract does state no refunds on deposit, but the “salesman” said because your dad is a Vet and in poor health if something happened they would refund the money. Before I canceled one of their employees said they hadn’t bought any of the supplies. I ended having to cancel because my dad was admitted to long term care. Well because the contract states no refunds on deposit they made ***** for nothing. Now I don’t know how their work is and they are nice to talk to, but I would just think they could have given some (if not all) of that money back. So if you use them be fully aware they do not back what they say other then no refunds. I will also say that I don’t understand much about contracts and construction and this might be totally the way every construction company does. Just be sure you will have no reason to change your mind when you sign that contract!

I am sorry for Rhonda's father and his current condition. We have offered to do a lesser project that would match more with what has been paid but our contract is very clear that after the 3 business day recision period there are no refunds for cancelled projects.
We are still happy to do part of the project but we will not be refunding money as our contract states. she was more than a month after recision that she decided not to do this project.
It would be nice to come to an amicable solution here but a full refund will not be happening.

We are extremely impressed with this company. Very professional, quick to come out and write a reasonable quote. They totally remodeled our bathroom and added more Sq footage. The workers (Jared and Michael) were really hard workers and always polite and professional. I would hire them again and again for any further projects.Innovative Restorations

I've been waiting for an estimate for WEEKS and after waiting and waiting they called to confirm my appointment then called back to tell me that they don't service my area!!! I'M IN KNOXVILLE!! WHAT???? Why didn't they tell me that they DON'T work in Knoxville weeks ago? I could have called someone else and gotten on the waiting list of another company if I had known that they were NOT going to come out!!!! THIS COMPANY IS NOT RELIABLE!!!!!!!!!!Innovative Restorations
