      I pulled into the Pilot store #356 in Shepherdsville, KY at 9:40 pm on 10-1-24 where I had at 8:46 pm had purchased a reservation for parking. I purchased the reservation on the app and is very convenient to all truck drivers when they know the time they have and know that particular Pilot/ Flying J is where they have the time to make it to. I get to the Pilot and initially had friendly solutions from the workers that were on shift at the time. All the spots were filled up but the app still had 4 spots available, there was a driver in front of me with the same issue. The young men on the shift were only able to move one truck that was in a spot that they didn’t pay for and told me to park in a unsafe spot that wasn’t a parking spot and that they would refund me. I didn’t park there for fear of my truck getting hit. There was a pump totally down with a trash can sitting in the isle of the pump. I parked behind it and went in to ask could I park there. The new people on shift at this different time told me no and they could refund me but that’s all they could do. This time of night with no time left to drive a refund is cool but I don’t have anywhere to park my truck for the night. Pilot has a parking reservation service and doesn’t honor the service that they offer. They pick and choose what Pilot has security to patrol the lot so situations like this don’t happen. Example Little Rock, AR. If the service is not going to be honored then do away with the service at all locations or put security at all locations. No in between!!!!! I’m very dissatisfied and spend way too much money every week there to not get a service I pay for. Honor the service or do away with it!

      Pilot is a good place my family and I was on a road trip and we couldn't find a hotel. We found Pilot and parked there the staff was very friendly and kind. I have never been to a gas station where the restroom is clean and fresh. Thanks Pilot for your hospitality that you showed my family and me. Great job keep up the good work.

      I bought a Tide Liquid Detergen to go do my laundry , come to found out their laundry doesn't work, right away went to to the counter to return the Detergen which I no longer needed manager there refused the return claiming company policy. I'm glad their did that as an over the road truck driver I will no longer fuel At pilot, flying J, One9 nor Mr fuel truck stops anymore.

      The worst. After you fuel check your app. Half the time you won’t get a receipt or points for the stop. Been happening for years. Needs to be an investigation or class action suit. They are systematically stealing from drivers. Since Buffet took over everything has fallen apart. Kiosks rarely work. The app is a joke They have reserved parking but refuse to enforce it. Usually half the laundry machines are broken, and employees attitude is just to survive their shift. I’ve been a truck driver for 45 years. What a shame what has happened. Buffet never cared about truckstops. He just wanted cheap access to fuel for his trains. And even though the old goat has been sitting on a 100 billion for years, he wants customers to donate to charities of his choice so he can take credit and get a big banquet in his honour. Shameful

      Pilot customer service is the worst. They failed to file a dispute of $200 they took off draft an now they lock the fuel card. The unprofessional guest service say they can’t charge my bank card. Have given up on them but I know some losses somewhere will catch up with them from what they rip off unjustly from people! Have never met such unqualified customer service where people can apply a grade one common sense and take care of unpaid bill. All they need is charge my card, it takes seconds to go through them turn the fuel card on. They wanna take almost a week! I don’t know if this is greed or just luck of qualified personnel! Too many complains out here. Better cards in the market too!!

      The pilot in Sacramento, the 49 er is a disgrace to pilot. I transport rv's and you are not allowed to even pay to park there. Which is probably a blessing, but you are forced to park on a dead end street which says no parking anytime. On both sides of the street. The staff is very rude, and under american! I have been all over the United States and never seen anything like this! HORRIBLE!!!

      The Pilot Flying J fuel card is by far the worst on the market. The less than 10 cents (sometimes 2-3 cents) off is an insult to begin with, when there are companies offering a lot high discount rates. The customer service is rude and pretty much non existent. I've been battling fraud charges on the account for nearly a year. They told me it would take 90 days for the account to be reviewed after police reports were submitted. Every time I call, I am told they will email my account manager and he will reach back out because isn't available. Every time I call for a year, you're not available? Pilot is not interested in assisting whatsoever and I'm more than ready to take legal action. This account has negatively impacted the business credit. A lawsuit is surely in order. When I had the card, they couldn't explain some of the charges that showed up. They told me it was a mistake and they would credit my account back. Never happened, although an agent lied and said the money was applied to the account. DO NOT GO THROUGH PILOT. TCS is a much better option.

      I am in pilot Travel Center, #332 and to my surprise it is a wonderful place and trust me. I’ve been in a lot of them from the people who work there like Ryan. She was very helpful to the security guard very helpful. I cannot say enough about this place very please and I will tell everyone about it. Thank you.

      Pilot is absolute TRASH they tried to put a $200 HOLD ON MY ACCOUNT WHEN I PAID AT THE PUMP!! And then guess what, I didn't have 200 so they put a hold on ALL MY MONEY AND I COULDNT EVEN GET GAS!!! I called the customer service line after my bank couldn't do anything and they basically told me there was nothing I could do but wait. They didn't even try to reconcile I asked if they could put money on my rewards and the SUPERVISOR refused to help me in any way. I will admit I was upset and probably rude but what do you expect from someone who lolives paycheck to paycheck and they took everything I had even overdraft!!!! BOYCOTT PILOT!!!!
