    My wife and I recently enlisted Lucky Fencing Co (Office on Middlebrook Pike, Knoxville, TN) to construct a vinyl fence enclosing our back yard. To guard against likely damage to maple trees on / right at a property boundary, we gained an easement from that neighbor along our adjoining boundary line. Three times we instructed an onsite Lucky Fencing representative to use this easement for fence construction. And three times these instructions were ignored. Thus the fence encroached into tree trunk bases, which had to be sawn into so the fence could rest upon the trunk base. We were told later that the fencing on that side could not be moved - using the property easement. Although we are enjoying the privacy the fencing provides, there are other construction issues that have been observed that would preclude our giving a positive review of this company. In short we regret our decision to have Lucky Fencing complete this project.
