    I fractured my wrist & went to a walk in clinic in the area I live in. They took x-rays, splinted/ wrapped up my wrist, gave me a copy of my x-rays & recommended I go to a hospital ER to be checked out. So this is the place I regrettably went to. After a long wait in the waiting room up front I was called back to the room to get my vitals checked. The nice lady asked what my pain level was at & I told her an 8. She said ok then a min later I was being directed back out to the front waiting area. Some time later got called back to a exam room in the ER. I was shocked to see some other lady in there getting treatment. We were roommates now. When someone came in to see me I gave her my x-rays & told her what happened. She asked what my pain level was & said ok then walked out. 3 hrs into my visit nothing was given to me for the pain. 4 1/2 hrs later the ER doctor came in to say she talked to someone else about my x-rays while she was discussing a different case with him & said I need to see a specialist. She asked if I needed something for my pain & I told her nothing was done to help me in 4 1/2 hrs so I'll just go ahead & keep suffering because I'm well past being done with this hospital. I still got a nice big bill for no treatment rendered. The walk in clinic did more for me than they did & only cost me $75.

    My wife was brought from Crossville Tn. To Parkwest for the treatment of a blood clot. So after being handled by this inept hospital she passed away from a massive stroke a few days later. We had no health insurance, and no money. I have explained to these people she had no life insurance. Her estate only covered the funeral costs. So at first they sent the bills in her name. Now they have started putting my name on her bills. So all beware these people are money grubbers, with no compassion.

    This hospital was the most disgusting hospital I have ever seen! The nurses that were supposed to be taking care of my son ,( whom almost died and had to be air lifted from surgery complications) were very negligent, very rude, and did not care how many times he pushed the nurses button..well, they never came..I was truly upset and expressed (as a mother) my son needed their help and they called security on me..Raised their voices and were VERY HOSTILE towards me..I kindly left ...I would NEVER send anyone to this hospital! EVER...Beware..go to UT ps..it doesn't even deserve a 1 star review
