    My fiancee and I stayed at the Country Inn and Suites by Radisson off of Campbell Station Rd in Knoxville, TN on August 7, 2024. We checked in later than usual and went to our room. The room was hot when we got in and we assumed that the air just hadn't been turned on. I turned on the air conditioning and went to take a short. There were 2 towels in the bathroom which I thought was not enough but j figured no big deal. As I took a shower the tub began to fill with water and I realized the drain was clogged. I hurried abd finished and got out. Went to the sink abd was brushing my teeth and the sink filled with brown water. Both drains were clogged. It was late do I decide to just lay down. Upon exiting the bathroom I realized that the room was still hot. I checked the AC and was unable to adjust any settings on it at all. I find a reset and used that and started it again . By this time my fiancee was in the shower.. in ankle deep water. I heard her talking so I went in and she showed me the same brown water that was in the sink was now in the tub as well. I have her the only other towel and she got out. We went outside and got some things out of the car and started back to the room. I was going to mention the drains but there was nobody in sight. The room was still hot as hell so we decided to start packing to leave. We heard the maids say that the AC had been out for 3 days. This hotel knowingly rented us a room with no AC on a night that it was 90 degrees after midnight. The drains were clogged, there was no iron or hairdryer in the room and the water we did have was brown. I went to get my deposit back and was treated like a thief as I was made to wait for 20 minutes for the rude clerk to go check the room. During this time I called the customer service line. I demanded a refund on the room and was told that was at the hotels discretion but was told they would let the owner know and he would call. I've had no communication from them. This is unacceptable.
