      I have been a Verizon customer since January 2025 and my experience has been deeply disappointing. Upon signing up, I explicitly requested to opt out of a particular service. Despite clear communication, it took nearly three months to have this request properly addressed, which was completely unacceptable. Additionally, I have been restricted from setting up automatic payments on my account. This restriction was imposed without any prior notice, explanation, or opportunity to resolve the issue beforehand. It was only after a full month — and multiple complaints — that I received an email notifying me of the restriction. This after-the-fact communication was neither helpful nor acceptable. Throughout this process, I have encountered consistently poor customer service. I’ve never been able to speak with a single point of contact.The lack of continuity and accountability has made what should be simple problems unnecessarily stressful. I deeply regret choosing Verizon as my service provider, especially after being advised against it by peers. The experience has left me feeling misled, ignored, and frustrated. I am seeking acknowledgment of these issues, a resolution to the automatic payment restriction, and improved transparency and service moving forward.

      Since I got Verizon in August my bill has NEVER been right!! They keep uping my bill and when I call to fix it they tell me they are going to until I notice the next month its is not. The 2 recent times I called they put me on hold to check into the problem and then ended up hanging up on me. I will be leaving them!! I am sick of all the back and forth, especially when they are not fixing the problem. I shouldn't be paying $311 for 3 lines that is just outrageous. Oh and to top it off my kids phones were supposed to be free from promotion and they have me paying for them!! DO NOT GO TO VERIZON THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

      Was lied to at a Walmart about cost. It was not to be activated until my current plan money was run out. Got started and billed a huge amount. I never took the phone out of the box. Returned it and canceled the contract within the time alloted. They kept billing me. I kept calling and explaining and was told I was right and they would cancel money billed. Over 6 months and dozens of calls they never could get it right. Then they turn it over to collections who I tell I do not owe anything. They said they will investigate. Then they keep contacting me said they determined it was valid. I said I have an email from Verizon I owe nothing. They refused to let me talk to anyone I could send email to.

      While the guys in the store seem good (four stars) and know their stuff, customer support with Verizon is a living nightmare (should be no stars). For the nearly 3 years I have been with Verizon, the network has been nothing but problems. You have to constantly do things to reset the network. I have been paying a lot of money for 5G, but it rarely runs on 5G. The whole thing was a ripoff. Today, neither phone worked and they wouldn't accept a call to get the working from any other phone. I had to use a computer with chat. They had me on there for 2 hours making all kinds of promises they would fix it and they were taking ownership of the issue..same old blah, blah BS. An hour into it, I was cold dropped to a different support person. Had to go through all stuff again and then she disconnected me. No one called back. I called CS on the phone & they promised me a call back in an hour.. They never called back. As I told them, I dumped ATT for lousy service, now they are getting dumped too. Don't go with them unless you want to fiddle with network connections CONSTANTLY and times when your phone has no network AT ALL. Main street has no service at all! They sell you a bill of goods they never fulfill. They promise and don't deliver. It just gets worse and worse. They completely disrespect their customers. Then only service they deliver is lip service.

      Rep, Levon **** is an incredible salesman. He was able to take my 83 yo mother with new onset dementia, who only entered the store to ask about finding the reminder app on her phone and sell her a new phone and iPad. The phone was not synched to any of her accounts and her Apple Watch that we use to monitor her health and fall risk was not paired but he made a sale. She didn’t need a new phone or iPad, but he made a sale. Bonus for my family - we got to spend hours of quality time figuring out how to get her new phone functional since her salesman didn’t have time for that. We did have 30 days to return said items, but guess what, when you trade in your old phone you can’t get it back and returns rack up restocking fees. So, a senior citizen gets taken advantage of, but the salesman gets his commission. Great job Verizon.

      Rep De’Andre **** helped my husband and I in the Mt Juliet Verizon location on Lebanon Road on a Monday night when we went in after my husband got off of work. De’Andre was knowledgeable, polite, easy to work with and most helpful. He explained everything throughly and wanted to get us the most available for our plan without adding extra things he knew we would not need or use. We have been customers with Verizon for over 25 years and this maybe the best customer service we have ever gotten. I got the newest I phone 16 pro Max and the new I pad. We couldn’t be happier. If you need any help I suggest you check out the Verizon store on Lebanon road and ask for De’Andre *****

      Verizon service has became so expensive so I transferred my cell service to T Mobile on February 2nd. I called Verizon on February 11th to make sure my cell accounts had been closed so I would receive a credit on my next billing and was told the accounts closed when the numbers went to T Mobile and yes they were closed. Verizon charges for services a month in advance so the bill that was due on the 17th of February had charges for January 29th to February 28th. I was expecting to get a credit for Feb 2 to Feb 28th on my next billing. No credit was received. I called customer service and in short was told Verizon kept my account open until 28th of February to make sure my numbers ported over to T Mobile. That is a pile of shit. Verizon kept my account open so they did not have to issue me a credit. They have charged me for a month of services I did not receive. That is fraud and stealing. I will be cancelling my internet with them as soon as I can get internet service with another provider. I’m also going to look into legal recourse. They should not be able to get away with this.

      Got the phone from Verizon, aroung August 2024, Disconnected the service in sept, 2024. In October I got the credit of $31.96. Still they keep charging my credit card. My credit card settle the dispute with them. But now they are sending bill to my home address. This is the invoice after my phone was disconnected. I called them they kept me on line for 35 minutes without any feedback. I also sent them ceritified email explaing the situation. But never heard for them. I consider an harrassment. I am eighty years old Please save all your paperwork if you are doing business with them.

      I go to pay my cellphone bill on February 12, 2025 because I did a promised to pay . I gave them my card information they took the payment. An hour later I checked my account Verizon has taken an extra payment of a $136. I called them trying to get my money back on my account for 2 weeks before the next payment comes out on Feb 25. I called everyday from Feb 12-Feb 23 they would not put my money back in my account. I am very disappointed Verizon I have been with them over 8 years , they gave me the running around 4 time they denied my money from going back on my credit card . I am so done with them to get treated the way I was treated. Whatever you do don’t keep your card on Verizon.
