5 starsThis was the third move Gouffon has done for us over the years. And like the other moves, everything went smoothly without any hitches. The office staff was very helpful, and the movers worked very hard with excellent professionalism until the job was done in much less time than I'd anticipated. We downsized into the home we hope to retire in. And God-willing, this will be our last move. But if we do move again, I'll be sure to use Gouffon.Review fromJoel C

5 starsThey had a fair price. They arrived on time. The movers worked very hard. They were impressive! I had payed for some packing and I was able to do the packing myself…. they returned the money without me asking. These guys are outstanding! Extremely reasonable price and easy to work with. When I had changes to my schedule they adjusted. Their team of movers were professional, curious, fast and handled everything with care. I would recommend them to anyone who has to move in the East Tennessee area.

The entire team at Gouffon Moving & Storage is phenomenal. With the unprecedented snow and ice in Knoxville, a house closing deadline, and two moves that needed to happen, it could’ve been disastrous. Taylor, Blake, and Thomas were great with constant communication trying to accommodate us while keeping their crews safe. When we were finally able to drive in our neighborhood, we had 1 day to make a 2 day move happen. They sent 6 guys and 4 trucks in total and they were incredible. Ray, Cody, Chase, Matt, Matt and Louise were not only nice and professional, but they also worked their tales off, barely stopping to take a break. When they knew we had to have all of our things out of the house by a deadline, they moved it to the garage to get it done so the buyers could do their walk through. This made them have to touch everything twice which probably isn’t the most efficient for them, but they did it to help us. I can’t say enough about this crew and the staff overall. I will always highly recommend them and never use anyone else.Gouffon Moving & Storage Company, Inc.
