These guys are outstanding! Extremely reasonable price and easy to work with. When I had changes to my schedule they adjusted. Their team of movers were professional, curious, fast and handled everything with care. I would recommend them to anyone who has to move in the East Tennessee area.

The entire team at Gouffon Moving & Storage is phenomenal. With the unprecedented snow and ice in Knoxville, a house closing deadline, and two moves that needed to happen, it could’ve been disastrous. Taylor, Blake, and Thomas were great with constant communication trying to accommodate us while keeping their crews safe. When we were finally able to drive in our neighborhood, we had 1 day to make a 2 day move happen. They sent 6 guys and 4 trucks in total and they were incredible. Ray, Cody, Chase, Matt, Matt and Louise were not only nice and professional, but they also worked their tales off, barely stopping to take a break. When they knew we had to have all of our things out of the house by a deadline, they moved it to the garage to get it done so the buyers could do their walk through. This made them have to touch everything twice which probably isn’t the most efficient for them, but they did it to help us. I can’t say enough about this crew and the staff overall. My wife and I have moved 8 times over the course of my career. Using Gouffon was the best moving experience we have had. From the time I called and spoke to Blake, Charles coming to the house to inventory/quote, to Jake and the team of Jon, Art, Randee, Ben, and Thomas getting us moved, it was tremendous. Moving is a very hectic and stressful time and Guoffon made it as simple as possible. We even had an issue that we created with a box that ended up in the move/storage pile and they dug it out and took pics of it for us to review. On every detail they went above and beyond. No doors or walls getting hit or issues at the house when moving. We had some heavy pieces and some nice art work. In closing, I never write reviews. In this case just had to say thank you to Blake who coordinated the whole move and Jake who ran the teams at the house. Save yourself some stress and time, just call these guys and get focused on other things with the move.Gouffon Moving & Storage Company, Inc. Response

The guys did a great job loading up our furniture, boxes, and household goods in Aiken, SC. They were friendly, thorough, efficient, worked quickly but safely, and kept us informed of what they were doing as they loaded. They also did a great job in Knoxville, TN. Once again, they were efficient, worked hard getting things where we wanted them, were patient with the many decisions I made, laughed together and seemed to enjoy their job. GUARD YOUR EXPENSIVE ITEMS! On October 5th, 2023, three male employees arrived to pack items from my home.Upon arrival they had a strong smell of marijuana on them.It was stifling. During the walk-through instructions were given regarding what to pack. I designated an area for expensive designer handbags that they would handle independently.However, a YSL handbag valued at $xxxx went missing after the unpacking on October 6th.I specifically remember packing the purse in a black dustbag and placed it where my other handbags were located. I observed extremely unprofessional behavior throughout the day. While showing my exercise room and what was to be packed from there, one of the movers picked up two of my dumbbells as I was walking out of the room and began working out.I have NEVER had movers act in such a careless and unprofessional manner. Also, without permission, one of the men began to light my candles that were supposed to be packed away but are now missing. There were no labels or inventory stickers on any of the packed boxes, which left no means for scanning and verifying the move.Additionally, an inventory list was never attempted or completed. They "track" your belongings by counting boxes and scratching a number down with a sharpie on a piece of paper. I did try to resolve this matter with the general manager, Blake ********.He was unapologetic for anything that took place during my move and only defended his employees.He showed no sympathy or concern and my interactions with him from the very beginning were EXTREMELY unprofessional.In an email exchange with him he acted childish and threatening stating he would sue me for slander for writing a review on a PUBLIC FORUM. t is hard for me to believe this man has been in ANY sort of customer service position in his life. I also contacted Tom ******* and left a voicemail.He also has been unresponsive.I have exhausted every means there is to hopefully come to a fair resolution.A police report has been filedReview from Tabitha T

Gouffon was amazing! Not only was the price the best around; they worked around my crazy schedule. The guys showed up right on time. Charles, Randee, and Kryon were FANTASTIC!!! They were fast, yet extremely careful with my items. I see why this company had been in business so long.
