    I purchased a new GV80 Genesis from Genesis of West Knoxville on February 28, 2024. Ever since I have had the car, there has been a rough ride on the right side of the vehicle. It took almost 2 months to get anything done about it. They determined that three of the tires were out of round and recommended replacement, but refused to do it , because they told me they didn’t replace tires and I would have to contact Michelin and have them do it. I called Genesis Corporate to see if they could help me. I think they contacted Grayson in order to get something done. Grayson ( Genesis of Knoxville ) finally agreed to replace three of the tires. I assumed that they were. I then had to pay for the new tires in a new car with defective tires. They assured me that I would be reimbursed at a later date by Genesis. Anyway, this did not solve the rough irregular ride. I called Genesis Corporate and it was suggested that I take the vehicle to another Genesis dealership for a different evaluation. I took it to Genesis of South Knoxville to recheck. They found that the two right tires were incorrectly balanced and rebalanced them. The ride is a little better, but still uncomfortable. Grayson was really hard to deal with in solving my problem. The car was there several weeks and they were adamant about my paying for them. When I picked it up after new tires were mounted, the car was extremely dirty and I had to ask them to clean it inside and out. Again, this is a brand new car with 400 miles on it, only driven back and forth to the dealership, because they refused to let me have a loaner car. I called them to tell them it still was not right after I drove home, but their response was that they have done everything they can and that the ride was fine. I feel that I have been mistreated for the last two months and been sold a car that qualifies for the lemon law. Thank you for any help you can provide. ****** *******

    The sales department was great and it was a seamless buying experience. The service department is absolutely horrible. I took my car in for a glitch in ac. They filled it up with freon which it didn’t need and then charged me over ****. Then 2 days later the air was out again and it was what we told them in the first place. They quoted me ***** to fix one piece of the compressor. Didn’t offer to refund the ****. Then they ignored our calls asking about a timeline for quote. They finally called us 5 days later with the outrageous quote. Scam artist alert!
