    They sprayed my printer when spraying my computer chair. Now it malfunctioning. Then told me to get a letter saying they ruined it before they would replace it. They ripped my mattress from top to bottom and offered a mattress cover instead of a new mattress after the stuffing is falling out. I spoke with Jennifer ******* Ceo who then hung up on me saying that was their final offer because she was honoring the deal Vp Tim gave the boss of Michael ********. The person who said they were at zero fault. I even offered them to come back to my house for another look and they refused. This was all after I kept calling and Laura hangs up on me after she says she was told by her supervisor it was being handled and they would not talk to tenants. Which was the answer I received at least the first 4 times before reaching anyone.
