      I placed an order on January 24th in the amount of $82.11. I waited a week before I began attempting to contact the company on January 31st as my order said “ready for processing”. The number listed both on the website and Facebook did not lead anywhere. One would just ring and the other would let you leave a voicemail but no reply ever came from it. I attempted to email the customer service line. Still nothing. I attempted to message the company on facebook and even found the CEO and messaged him too. I heard back on Facebook on February 5th stating that my order was printed and would be shipping out by the end of the week which would have been February 10th. On February 10th, I get an email stating that my order was still in production. So it went from printed and ready to go to back in production. I asked to just have the order canceled and refunded my money. Of course, no reply. I follow up again to be told that it is still in production and being assembled but would finally be shipping out. I asked again attempting to cancel the order and no reply yet again. My order was “ready for processing” for three weeks. I’ve already ordered these prints elsewhere and got them within days. I no longer want or need the prints and want my money back. The company blamed the holidays for such a delay in production. I understand things happen but I should not have had to reach out 10+ times for an update. Since I wasn’t sure whether I had been scammed or not, I placed an order elsewhere and got them in a reasonable amount of time.

      On 1/1/23 I ordered wooden magnets (something I’ve done the past 6 years around this time). After not receiving a shipping confirmation after 3 weeks, I decided to email customer service…..no response. On 1/25, I called their customer service line of which cannot get a response either even after leaving a voicemail. Every time I have called the automated message plays saying that all customer service representatives are currently on the other line and to leave a voicemail. I have even reached out and messaged them on Instagram. I have not received ANY response from the company. I have never had any issues with this company in previous years. I’m afraid they went out of business without telling customers.

      I placed an order with Photobarn on December 18th for products costing $207. After not hearing from them for a month, I reached out by email. After not getting a response, I also left a voicemail and messaged on facebook. After reaching out several times, I finally received an email response saying that there were delays but my order should ship soon. It is now over a month and a half since I ordered, and there is still no shipping date, and after several requests, they have not refunded my purchase. Their communication has been completely unacceptable - taking way too long for any responses, and also completely unprofessional: This was their response after I asked for a refund (after not receiving my items or any communication for over a month): "As your order has already printed and is just in the final stages to be shipped I am not about to cancel and refund the order. These are custom made items." This communication was sent on January 23. It is now February 2nd, and there still is no shipping date, and no refund. At this point, after reading all of the reviews about delays and sub-par products, the only acceptable resolution would be to cancel my order and refund the money (as they should do with everyone else that ordered and never received their products, or received poor quality products after waiting several months.) Based on the reviews, this company should probably be shut down.

      Ordered on 12/24 and website was stating 5-7 business days for production. on 1/21, I inquired because I hadn't heard back. No response. 2/1, inquired again and submitting this complaint after seeing I am not the only one in this situation.

      I placed an order (Order #100886343) on January 8th, 2023 (multiple items) for a total of $78.85. I've checked the status on the site and the order continues to list status as "ready for processing". I've reached out multiple times by email to try and understand why it is not processing and when I can expect to receive the order, as it is a time sensitive gift. Each email I send to [email protected] results in an auto-generated email response that "they have received my email and will be emailing you shortly". I have yet to receive a response by anyone after 3 attempts. I've tried calling the customer service number on their website and always, after the 1st ring it goes to a recorded message saying "if you've reached this message during business hours, all representatives are with other customers....and I can either leave a message or email for the quickest response". I've left two messages, with no response. Has this company gone out of business? At this point I would just like my money back at the very LEAST as they have not provided me with what I've paid for, nor have they responded to any emails or voicemails. Sincerely, Jennifer Yori

      I placed an order on Jan 9, 2023 amount of $87. On January 23, 2023 I reached out to check status of order as I never got any kind of shipping confirmation. I received an automated reply and never heard anything else back. I tried reaching out twice by phone and was sent to a voicemail each time. I messaged on Facebook and also heard nothing. I sent another email on January 30, 2023 and still no response besides the automatic reply that the company sends out. I would like a refund of my money since they are clearly not sending the product or have any intention of responding to any correspondence.

      I placed my order on 1/3/2023. Order #100886041. I received the email that my order had been received and my payment received. They stated it would be 7-10 business days for shipping. I have not heard anything from the company since. I have sent 2 emails and left 4 voicemails. Their customer service number automatically tells you to leave a message or to send an email. There is no option to talk to an actual person. I ordered multiple prints to have in my home and this has been the worst possible experience. This is not a cheap order and I was expecting much more from the company. At this point I feel I will not be receiving my products and that I have been scammed

      I placed an order for a canvas print on December 23. I have not heard anything regarding the order and have tried contacting them - 3 times via email and 3-4 times via phone. When calling the phone goes straight to voicemail stating for a faster response to email. I can’t seem to get any response and I have been charged for the order. It has now been over a month since I placed the order and their website states please allow 7-12 days for processing. I just would like a response on the status of my order and can’t get an answer. Very frustrating and I would like my money back if they are not processing my order

      I placed an order for four ornaments from Photo Barn - ***** ********** (placed on January 4, 2023 11:27:26 AM PST) The $33.19 payment was processed on 1/5/2023. The shipping is usps 3-5 days and I have not received my order. I have emailed and left voicemails with company requesting the status of my order and have not received any response. I am unable to get through to anyone. Their Facebook page has many posts from customers with the same issues. This company should be held accountable for not providing the product I paid for - this is a theft.
