October 3, 2022, our company Dyna Pak Corporation purchased "Lawrenceburg Police Calendar for year 2023" in the amount of $125.00 check#2116 from The Calendar Guys. Phone calls have been made on the following dates January 9th, February 7th, 13th & 20th, 2023, messages have been left every time called. As of February 20, 2023, Dyna Pak Corporation hasn't received any returned calls pertaining the calendar or received the calendar. Call was made to our local Police Department and spoke to clerk ***** ******* *o see if the police department had received their copy and the answer was, "NO". At this point, a full refund is expected of the $125.00. Hope you can help with this. ***** ****** Dyna Pak Corporaiton HR-Manager ************

    Business Response

    Date: 03/22/2023

This letter is in response to **** ***** ****** at Dyna-Pak Corporation. We received a phone call from **** ****** on January 10th 2023 at 11:08 a.m. eastern time. Miss Hooper left a voicemail for return phone call. I personally called **** ****** back at 1:40 p.m. eastern time. **** ****** had requested information about an ad on the calendar for Lawrenceburg Police Department and when they should expect to receive their calendars. On that phone call, I explained to Miss Hooper that our company had recently picked up this department to aide in their fundraising efforts. I told her that the former company had always delivered Lawrenceburg Police Department's calendars in March. I explained that we were doing our best to beat that deadline but we were restrained with supply chain demand issues like most everyone else in the country. I told her that we would do our best to get the calendars shipped out before the previous company had always shipped them but at the absolute worst, they would be shipped in March. ** ****** was fine with that response. This is the only phone call that we are showing from **** ******. I'm not aware of any others. We also have combed through emails looking for a written request for information to see if we had let something fall through the cracks....nothing.
She chose the smallest spot on the calendar at $125. This was fine. We have several large and small companies that help out at this level. The order date for her ad was on 8/24/2022. We sent out invoices that state “payment due upon receipt”. (The invoice that **** ****** submitted on this claim will show the date.) Miss Hooper paid this invoice late. We received it October 7th 2022. This was almost 2 months after the initial agreement. It also clearly states on the invoice that the artwork should be sent in within 21 days. **** ****** did not submit artwork to our Graphics Department. We did not charge her for late payment as most companies who invoice charge up to 18% for payments that are paid late. We also did not charge for our Graphics team to create an ad for Dyna-Pak Corporation. Most printing companies charge a graphics setup fee.
I am not sure who Robin is that she mentioned at the Lawrenceburg Police Department. Our company deals with the upper level Command Staff and administrators at the agencies that we do business with. In this instance, it is very understandable that the first person who answers the phone at the agency is not fully aware of the inner workings of the project. It is also understandable why she said “no” that they have not received the calendars. The fact of the matter is, their calendars are being delivered this week.. in March as I told **** ****** they would be ….at last resort. **** ******'s calendars for Dyna-Pak Corp. have also been prepared for shipment. We can send over the tracking number if requested.
The calendar fundraiser project for the department is supposed to be a fun way for the local businesses in the community to show some support for our men and women in law enforcement. We feel that we were more than patient and reasonable and have set the expectations clearly for this project. We have gone above and beyond for Miss Hooper and Dyna-Pak. I am sorry that we have not been able to meet all of her needs on this project. We have had not one other complaint in all of our years of operations....especially to this extent. We try our best to communicate clearly to all of our departments and our customers. Unfortunately, we can only do the best that we can do within our limitations. Sometimes, we realize, it's just not enough to keep up with everyone's expectations.
Due to the expenses already involved with this process and funds already having been paid to the Department, we will not be issuing a full refund as per her request. Her ad was created, the calendars were printed, and are being shipped to the department and to the sponsors. Everything is as promised from The Calendar Guys. In good faith, and to extend the Olive Branch , we will be willing to offer **** ****** 50% off of her bronze or silver sponsorship ad for next year. I hope that this helps.

Thanks for your help and support of our men and women in law enforcement!
