    We asked them for a quote in the Spring to remove stumps. They never responded to the email, but we came home one day in July to find the stumps removed, our yard a mess because it occurred the day of a storm, and an invoice emailed to us for over $500. They returned unannounced a few days later to repair a hole in our foundation they created-- the office manager (who has been amenable to work with) had no knowledge of this part of events. If we had received a quote in advance, we would have happily scheduled something in September when our schedules were better suited. But it's unfair to ask us to pay for work we did not agree to.

    August 23. 2023 was quoted twenty two hundred dollars to cut down one single large hanging tree. I left a one star review on google, and 30 minutes later Andy called my husband and left him a message telling him to remove the review. I had another company come out and quote eight hundred to take down the sam tree.

    There is no basis to this. The party is not a professional and the arborist is well versed and accurate on his estimate. We have extended experience and the party accusing us is not an arborist or tree professional. There were road guards needed and flaggers which is extra cost. This has no reflection on our ethics. We stand by our quote and take pride in our estimates. We do not negotiate pricing.
