We sell all vehicles AS-IS per state of Tennessee law. With that being said, we have been in business for over 40 years and have always given customers the opportunity to check the vehicle mechanically as much as they would like prior to purchase. During the time of sale, he test drove the vehicle and checked it out and decided he wanted to move forward with the purchase. When he came in stating it has mechanical issues we told him we would work with him on his first payment and move the date back if needed so he was able to make the required repairs to the vehicle. He refused and at that moment we had exhausted all options to resolve the matter with the customer and they did not want to take the help that we offered.

I purchased a 2017 Kia Soul from this dealership. I told the salesman when test driving I thought there was an issue with second gear he told me there was no issue but there is an issue. I have in text messaging him saying there wasn’t a problem knowing that there was. The salesman was contacted within hours of leaving the dealership. This was discussed during the test drive the salesman told me there was no issue that it was because I was out of practice driving a 5 speed but that wasn’t true. I asked them to please correct the issue they refused, so I proceeded to go title the car when I got to the county clerk office they told me that the title is bad and that I can not title the vehicle because the repossession form is not completed by the original lien holder. I have attached a picture of what the county clerk gave to me explaining what was wrong with the title. I presented this information to wheels auto sales, they still refuse to correct the problem I am reaching out in hopes that you may be able to help in getting me a refund for the vehicle considering the circumstances with the title being bad. I purchased the vehicle for $6,500 I was told by wheels auto sales that they would not correct the issue and refuses to admit the title is bad. I tried contacting wheels auto sales and fixing this among ourselves.

We sold Ms. ******** ******* the vehicle AS-IS, and gave her ample time to test drive and to check out the vehicle as much as she wanted to. she decided to go ahead and proceed with the purchase and had no issues. As far as the title being "BAD". That just isnt factual at all, and when she called the dealership we told her multiple times to come by the dealership and bring the title and we will correct any issues that there is with the title. It is as simple as getting a signature on the repo form and taking it back to the clerks office to get her tag which we offered to help her do multiple times but she refused. She then insisted on contacting a lawyer after she refused our help with the minor situation. We still do not mind to help her with this small issue but it in now way makes a title "bad" when a signature is missing on a repo form it simply means that it needs to be signed and then taken back to the clerks office to issue a tag.
