    Superior ********************************* *****************************************************, ************ will not correct their mistakes. They installed a new gate and fence opening, backwards! There was a reason the original fence of 30 years was installed opening outward towards the street. Superior ********************************* took it upon themselves to install the gates opening inward towards the yard. The diagram shows the gates to be installed going outwards. There is a storm drain and an aggregate walk at the gate. Opening the gate inward does not fully open nor allow my lawn company to bring their equipment in the yard nor can I take my trash container out from the walkway. Moving a trash container on the walkway helps it slide easily but they suggested I use the grass to wheel it out. The difficulty of moving a trash container easily at 74 yrs. old, means everything. I am a single older woman; they should have installed the way their design shows it and how it was previously installed. I have met with a representative ****** and he refused to correct their mistake. I have called them 10/31, 11/1, 11/3' 11/5 and am ignored. I am stuck with 2 useless gates and now have to find another fence company to correct their mistakes. The gates are now useless. Had they followed their design, all would be fine; but they didn't.

    We had Superior Fence and Rail install a fence for our playground at the end of 2022. The process was smooth. Fast forward a little over a year and we began having sewer issues. After much investigation, it was found that when the fence was installed, they hit the sewer line and then filled the area with concrete. It was causing a back up with the sewer. We were quoted almost $6000 to make the repair. When I reached out to Tyler B**** to see if this might be a situation that would warrant a claim to his liability insurance, he did not respond well. First, he claimed there was a warranty but when I requested the warranty, he would not send it. I then followed up to ask for further documentation and all he said was that all utility companies had cleared the installation. He never provided me with a contract or a warranty. He would leave communication for weeks and I would have to constantly follow up. When I finally asked it he was willing to help, he curtly replied he would do nothing. He left our nonprofit childcare center with a bill of $6000 for negligence on their part. And no matter how much I tried to talk through it, he refused.
