    Driveway installed April 2024. A corner of the drive where it meets the concrete is much higher than the concrete which does not allow any water to drain, water just collects and pools in one area. Does not seem to have been graded well in places. I have texted, emailed, called company multiple times. I have not gotten resolve and after multiplier attempts to get some help, I am told they are too busy to come out. My drive is now crumbling in some spots near water build up and is turning white. A separate issue is the water that collects in he yard as the drive is above the yard level...

    We have already told the lady on multiple occasions that we will be able to address her problem. However theres a warranty on it and it just happened a month and a half ago so it will be fixed at a Timely fashion

    The company was hired to replace my driveway and parking area with an entirely new asphalt layer (see "Option 2" in the attached estimate. The business was paid $8000 on April 1, 2022, upon completion of the paving job.After any substantial rain shower, water has recurrently pooled in one side of the parking area, forming a standing, deepening puddle of about a 10' x 15'. Nearby areas also have accumulated a great deal of standing water.Since the job was completed, I have contacted the business a number of times about repairing the surface so that it may drain into the bordering plant beds, but have not been able to gain an adequate response from H&H. In general, the company's replies have either promised to inspect or fix the problem without following up; attempted to deny that there is a problem, as if ************* typically retain this much standing water; ignored my requests for action; or have stated that the problem cannot be corrected because "there is nowhere for the water to run."Consultation with other paving companies has only confirmed that the entire job should be redone so that the surface will drain properly.Please see attached documentation for estimate, payment information, photographs of the problem, and correspondence via text messages, which does not include phone conversations.

    It is late in the year right now in the spring I will come and put another layer of hot asphalt over the back square to help with the water drainage. If we get a warm spell, we will come and do it sooner if you agree to this then give me a call ************.
