This establishment has exploited its customers, as evidenced by the numerous negative reviews on social media that indicate a long-standing pattern of such behavior. I requested a functional vehicle but was denied, leading to a situation where I feel wronged and am determined to seek redress. While the purchase agreement indicated that the car was sold "as is," it also claimed that the vehicle was operational, which constitutes a violation of Tennessee's lemon laws. I am seeking a resolution to this issue. Subsequently, I returned the car to my local **** dealership, where I am incurring an estimated cost of $3,500 for repairs that were supposedly completed. However, it appears that the dealership merely ensured the check engine light was off, took my payment, and fraudulently utilized the warranty for financial gain, all while failing to accept responsibility for their actions.I have attached the quote from my local **** Dealership, and also a detailed explanation of the entire situation.

Date of transaction took place on December 8th 2023.I purchased a used 2017 A4 Quatro Audi that had roughly 125 miles on this. I live out of state and while driving it home you could feel the car slip on transmission once you were acclerating over 70 mph. Also, once I got the vechile home the antifreeze light came on and you could see it leaking on the driveway. I had to replace the antifreeze resevior (which had 3 hairline carcks in it). This still did not fix the issue so I had to take it to a repair shop. the repair shop found bad spark plugs and also a crack in the antifreeze hose (just the materials alone for these 3 items are $270. I had even purchased the warranty which I was told would cover the car "bumper to bumper". these items listed are not covered under warranty, they are considered "maintenance" and excluded. I contacted the dealership back and they said to bring the car back to them to help with the repair, the car cannot be driven with the current issues. for the amount I spen on this car I was aasking for reimbursement of the parts that I had to buy. the Dealership said no, I do not feel that a proper inspection of this car was completed prior to selling at the dealership. I spent over $15k on the car and another $3k on the warranty.
