David was easy to work with. He is very professional, and helpful with his explanations for things we did not understand. David renewed our view of how contractors should operate but is rare to find these days. He was on time, on budget and did everything he said he would do plus helped us with another item we were unable to do ourselves. We are extremely pleased with the outcome of our project and he did more than was required. We would recommend David Williams with the highest degree of confidence.
