I want to start by saying that my teeth were in very poor condition due to pregnancy and other medical issues/medicarions. At my age this has come with jedugennt from everyday people and medical professionals. I've had terrible experiences at past dentist offices ranging from being shamed, yelled at, judged, etc. I had an infected tooth id been dealing with for a mont, and went to an emergency dentist in Brentwood that suggested pulling it and the one close to it for an extremely high price. I got a second opinion from southern smiles and they were able to save the second tooth, pull the infected one, and give me a bridge so id still be able to eat regularly and keep a normal smile. I'll go back in two weeks for my permanent tooth. They treated me with so much respect and genuine kindness while in their chair that I cried while there and a few more times through out the day. They were able to fix some issues with my front teeth as well, insuring I won't have to hide my mouth while smiling or laughing anymore. I can't say enough good things about them. Everyone in their office were so incredibly kind : starting at my initial phone call to schedule down to them calling to check up on me after I had my work done. I'm now excited to have them fix the rest of my teeth and then continue on with my regular cleanings. If you've ever had issues with your teeth or mouth than you will be able to understand how much their compassion and genuine kindness meant to me and how emotional it made me. They were up front with costs and informed me what they were doing every step of the way, making me feel comfortable and confident in their work. Sandy, and Dr. H*****, thank you truly is not enough!
