    f I could give this place zero stars believe me I would. I'm not sure where to even start, between the broken appliances, lack of management, COCKROACH infestation and a handful of absolutely vile tenants this place is asking to be shut down. Management will close the office random days and not have anyone inside to answer phone calls of people living here that actually need assistance. Maintenance requests go ignored even if it's marked as a high priority. They shut the water off at least one or two times a WEEK, yes per week for at least two hours each time. Pipes burst due to constant turning on and off of the water. Double charged fees on handful of rent statements. Neighbors throw their cigarette butts all over the ground and never get fined or forced to clean it up even when their negligence almost kills your dog from a potentially fatal nicotine overdose from trash being thrown all over the grounds where you walk your dogs. Walls are paperthin and alloes you to hear the obnosious kids 3 doors down from you running up and down the stairs at all hours of the day/night. Quiet hours are not enforced as even when people are out being loud they're never told to keep it down. Pool is plagued with green algae due to lack of maintenance and upkeep on it. Complains for ignored or brushed under the rug with leasing the at least 3 leasing agents that have cycled through here in the almost year I've lived here. So please if you're reading this, PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE. For the safety of your kids or pets DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE. I will be filing a civil lawsuit against this complex and the tenants that almost killed my dog. We spent over 4 hours in the vet this morning trying to save my dog from a near fatal overdose due to there being cigarette butts everywhere on the lawn and common areas for pets.
