    Purchased the new v3 system in November and tested it for 2 days before determining that it was unsuitable for my needs. Returned it in accordance with their published return policies. Upon receipt of the unit, they declined the return due to alleged damage to the housing lid (scratches, a sticky substance and dirt). The company charges a 15% return fee (almost $500), which their site states "covers the costs associated with returns, including shipping, refurbishing, and testing." Just what refurbishing do they actually do, if they don't clean the unit or swap out the lid if there are scratches on it? And even pretending that the return fee doesn't exist, why couldn't they deduct the cost of a replacement lid from their refund? This is absolutely terrible customer service, and a company to be avoided at all costs.

    We ordered a Luxedo projector in October. We spent many hours over several days trying to get the projector to work properly. We contacted the company several times and after an extended time, we received a call from a technician that admitted the device was faulty and sent a replacement. The replacement was also faulty. We contacted the company multiple times with long delays in communication. We have grown weary of dealing with them and have requested a refund. They have refused saying it is outside of the return window. We feel as though this window should be null and void because we were sent a faulty device and they consistently delay their response. We have the full email chain but it extensive. We can provide it on request.

    The company sells projectors for decorating a house during various holidays. It's an all-in-one unit with software that uploads directly to the unit. Bought their projector in October of 2022. Used it for about 2 weeks to project Halloween scenes and again for about another month for Christmas. At this point, I put it in storage until December 2023. I have used it for about a week and the scenes look red. I contacted the company and they emailed me back stating it was a critical LED failure in the unit. Since they do not have any of the Version 1 units in stock they cannot replace it nor do they have the LED's to fix the unit. They offered me a 20% discount on their ***** current version 3 unit. I find this attempt at a resolution not acceptable as I spent over ***** on a unit for it to last one year and have no way for me to repair the unit. As a side note when I purchased the item last year they released a version 2 two weeks after my purchase. The company was not very transparent about this as I contacted them before the purchase asking a few questions about the unit. After version 2 came out, they also offered me a **** discount on version 2, a ***** unit at the time, which I obviously passed on. Please help in finding a resolution in this manner, thank you.

    We purchased our Luxedo projector originally on April 4, 2022. May 6, 2002, we tried to calibrate our projector for the first time and there was an outage of service so we were unable to complete it. Finally, in October 2022, we were able to use the projection for a few weeks to project our Halloween images. On Halloween night 2022, our projector stopped working. We thought maybe it was just an issue because we had it on for a few hours and it was overheating. We didn't think too much of this. However, a few weeks later, we set up our projector to begin our Christmas display. At that time, the projector would only shine the color red. I contacted the company, they said this was a known issue and after going back and forth, they sent me a whole new projector which was not shipped until December 9, 2022. Until we received it, set it up and calibrated it, we were able to use it about 2 weeks for the Christmas holiday. After that time, we put it back in to storage. Now we are back to the Halloween time, we once again set up our projector for the display and after 2 weeks, it turned completely red again. This project is less than a year old (being received 12/9/2022). The website says that there is a 1 year warranty on their projectors. When I reached out to the company, they said that they no longer support this projector, there is nothing they can do besides give us a discount on a newer version of the projector. They said that the parts are no longer available. Obviously, this was a "lemon" of a product and they are aware of it. At this time, I am asking for your assistance to either 1. have our original purchase price refunded in full or 2. have a working non-lemon version of the projector sent to us at no additional charge. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
