    want to first start off by saying Im a single mom, i work two jobs but we were in an accident 6/22/2023, so ive been out of work quiet a bit because of my arm being injured, long story short i've had to hire a lawyer because the kid(17) who hit me didn't have insurance or license and my car was totaled, my insurance responded pretty fast and luckily i had some savings put back. I went to A&F July 5th and purchased a 2015 ****** Rogue SV for ***** (estimation). Sense day one I've had issues with the vehicle,there wasnt a **** or the lock for the lugs,i had to call and ask for one. he did agreed/ that he would help fix some things and to drop it off,so i dropped it off 2-3 different times at another location in ********** Sales in Madison *** i had to bring it back for same issue 2 times and the seal around my windshield is still coming off. Car has begun to make a sound in the engine. The oil is bubbly. I WAS NOT told the car had been wrecked,i went to get insurance and found out,there's a hold on the title, roof has hail damage and i didn't notice until the day after my 30 days and when mentioned he told me he couldn't say weather he knew about it or not. There was front end damage, again i wasn't aware it had been wrecked. i called Friday Aug 18,2023 to discuss all of this and the hold on my car because i cant get tags, it's now Thursday Aug. 24th and i haven't heard anything. when i called Aug.18th i asked why they didn't tell me the car had been wrecked, the younger gentleman whom answered said it was in my paperwork, shame on me but *************** the papers and handing them explaining what they were and i just signed but was never told the car had been wrecked , the guy said well its in your paperwork, i told him thats getting over on someone though because he DIDN'T tell me anything.on the title it does say rebuilt but didnt see it until afterwards.he gets over by explaining and handing to sign. please help me,i was sold a lemon, a crappy car with a new car smell.

    1/ before we sale any car here at A&F AUTO SALES , We Let the customer know all our car REBUILT TITLE , That's mean the cars been in accident before . 
    2/ after the customer agree on the price and all the info and TEST DRIVE  , we go for the next step the paper work , before she sign on any paper we explain each paper for what , so the customer understand all the contract paper .
    3/ after we finish the deal she's happy for the car - then after 4 days she called for a flat tire she want a **** and there's a lock on the wheel we told here our warranty dose not cover flat tire as we explain that for you on the day you bough the car  , our warranty for mechanical issues and electric only by the contract . and the lock wheel inside the glove box  . 
    4/ then she called again for next days she complain about the ripper peace been out of the car after she take the car to the car wash - we told here again our warranty dose not cover like that but you are welcome to stop to our shop to handle that for you , and she stop there and we fix everything she's not happy with it even the **** and lock on the wheel and ripper peace been out from the car wash machine .
    5/ for the what she saying about the insurance and the title , again she knows this car been in wreck before and had REBUILT TITLE , also she can register the car like any car normal , there's no issues with DMV about the title . 
    Note : Attached with this the approve what she sign about this car had REBUILT TITLE , And Pic on the Title had Remark REBUILT TITLE .

    My transmission is slipping and my AC dont work In the car

     the rubber piece around front windshield still coming off

    no I didnt know it was wreck until after I purchased the car

    it was never said or mentioned the car had been badly wrecked and everything cheaply redone. Theres mutiple complaints from last year for the exact same issue in others ************ an hour from home on the interstate and my car isnt going and my daughters in the car. Im a single mom and already got enough going on, I need a reliable vehicle 

     havent had it maybe right at 2 months I spent ***** for it to not work

    Sooooo yall didnt get my messages? I said the compressor is now out. This lot has a multiple and similar complaints? Why isnt any being resolved?

    when the customer stop by and look for all the car's she like the 2015 ****** Rogue , then we go for the paper work and fast quote to check number's before we agree and sign the contract , after that she agree on all of that , then we provide her an application to be field out   one of the application a form for this car it show been in rebuilt title and explain what happen to the car and what kind of title had now , she agree because she sign that , any car's we sold it here we gave the customer 30 days warranty on the engine and the transmission ONLY   ,and she agree and sign on that . then she go for test drive the car before sign the contact, she get back happy after the test drive , then we complete the deal and sign the contract then she left happy , after couple days she called regarding her wheel we told her this is not part of the warranty but we will help you out to check the problem . she drop the car and fix the lug wheel for her . 

    regarding what she saying about she can't register the car this is not true because she register the car and complete all the process from the state and she got the title under her name and she got the license plate on that car .

    I filed a complaint on 9/12/22 regarding this business and received a call from the dealer threatening me if I went forward Id be sorry Im not satisfied at all with this and need to know what steps I can take to receive full refund the car was messed up from day 1 I tried returning the car on day 5 after purchase and left there in tears when *** told me to keep car 90days and then I could trade in I need help Ive lost ******* in this vehicle and have pics of car underneath where they claim damage case Id ********

    I purchased a car from them on 6/25 and was told I had a 30day warranty I tried returning the car on the 4th day after purchase due to engine not shifting gears and was told and promised by owner *** that it was good car and keep car for 3months and then he would let me trade it in for something else. On July 9th the car was repoed due to taxes of $1621.00 being owed and they kept car for 2weeks until I finally came up the $1600.00 on Aug.4th I also paid a car note of $475.00 and on Aug6th the car broke down and left me stranded on side of highway bc transmission locked up and wouldn't go into gears. I immediately called *** and spoke w/******* the sons partner at dealer and was told they would come tow it and fix issue and then charged me for repairs. I had to pay outta pocket to get car towed to my address where it rolled into a tree after being towed from where there was malfunction in transmission and car wouldn't even go into park the car sit in my driveway for 31/2 weeks while I called dealer on several occasions and they acted like they had a tow truck coming nothing was done on sept4th when I missed my 2nd car note I was called from *** demanding payment after I went into detail telling him I was happy and he did me wrong w vehicle he informed me that car was good car and it was my fault that transmission went out due to my driving which when car was checked online car reported 454 problems with that year make and model of vehicle! I paid $5096.00 for the car between 6/25 & 8/2 and even with trying to return vehicle within the 1st 72hrs I'm very upset and feel as I was taken advantage of from these men. I had went to dealer to get a 2nd temporary tag and owner had even made sexual advances to me and comments to my 5yr old daughter. I told *** I was contacting the *** and he laughed telling me nothing I did would hurt his business or reputation! I would like this resolve and put into another vehicle that is same value considering I put $3000

    Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/10/04) */ we sold this car on 6/25 for ****** ******** , we gave her 30 days warranty if anything wrong on the car we will cover that , she came after 5 days from the date she got the car she compline about the transmission , we know %100 the car drive excellent so sam go with her text drive on the car to see what's going on the car was excellent shifter on the time , but she not understand the car it's 4 cylinder not 6 , it's small engine and she said after that oh i don't know that i was think this V6 , she left happy after that ,then the car been in repo for non-pay the taxes on the car as we plan on the contract she call and said i was on the hospital , then she came and pay the taxes and the repo cost and get the car , then after 6 weeks she called again complain about the transmission and the car broke down not moving , we told her we will send mechanic to the car location to see what happen , then the mechanic arrived there he check the car and send us pic she damage the car on the front bumper and under carriage, so if the damage on the car came from the customer our warranty will not cover that , then to help her we send towing to get the car so we can fix that problem but we explain for her the problem and she will have to pay for what need to be fix and she agree for that . we still have the car until today 10/4/2022 the car ready been fixed at all , we called her the car it's ready she said i will not pay for anything keep the car i don't want it any more .

    I purchased a vehicle on 1*/3/*0*1 with a bill of sale showing the price of car $****, after fees the total came to $******* and I paid $**** in cash, leaving a $******* balance. This was not financed, it was a tote the note I paid the $******* and now the dealership is saying I owe another $****, there is nothing listed in my paperwork or any papers provided. There are no terms in my contract, it doesn't even say how much to pay per month? We agreed in person of $***, as my intention was to pay it off quickly. I need the title released immediately. The owner is not returning my phone calls and I just sent a email today.

I am not able to open the file. However, I did make contact with the owner of the company, and after he insisted I had to sign the document in person (I live in Florida, the car in question would not make the drive to Nashville) therefore, I had to purchase a round trip ticket to get the title to the car. I am still unsure where the inflated amount came into play, as nothing was on my bill of sale. Since I now have the title in question, I will not need to have the ** involved. I do appreciate this service provided to protect consumers.
