    On January 31, 2022 we purchased a vehicle from Carlotz in Madison, TN for our daughter and traded in a 2014 **** ******** Sport. Per Buyer's Order Carlotz was supposed to pay lienholder on **** $6690.00 to pay the vehicle off. As of today, April 20, 2022, they have not paid the **** off and we have be forced to continue monthly payments on the **** to keep loan out of default. After several conversations with the staff at Carlotz, they say it is being processed and there is nothing they can do. They sent a letter to me dated 3/18/2022 that said they were sending the payoff that date but lienholder has never received it. I have tried to call their accounting office and left 2 messages which they have not returned my call. Thye need to pay off **** as per the agreement and reimburse the 2 payments of $437.00 that we had to make because of their failure to pay lienholder promptly per contract.
