  Thank you Elliott's Custom Builder for superb quality and workmanship on our newly remodeled kitchen! We are thrilled! The crew was on the job daily working diligently and very professional; their attention to detail and craftsmanship was evident in all they did. Tom, the owner, came weekly to check on the job and followed through with what needed to be done; I was always able to reach him by phone if needed. Carol, his wife, went out of her way to meet me at the cabinet, granite and tile stores more than once to help me in the decision making process. She was patient, kind and so very helpful. Justin, their son who also works for the business, was easy to reach with questions, follow through and being on the jobsite often. The process went smoothly and the job was completed on schedule! So grateful for this family owned business that truly cares from the heart.

  Would not recommend him. He **** * ***. He built our house. When something needs to be done and he doesn’t want to do it, he quotes an outrageous price. We told him from day 1, where the driveway needed to go so the water would not flow to the house. He told us it would cost ********** ** *** * ***** job. Where he sited the driveway caused innumerable damage to our house. Water is running in the basement window, We told him we didn’t need this window- that water could run into it from where he sited the driveway. He kept telling us it would be fine. I know another party that ** ****** ***** ** ******** * ***** ******* ***** **** ***** *** **** ** **** ******** **** ** **** **** *** ***** ***** **** *** ******* ** **** ********* ** **** **** **** **** ** ******** **** **** ******** ******** ***** **at was going on was not that the house suddenly cost this much more. He got another job and didn’t need the job. But he walked away by quoting them a price he knew they couldn’t afford and kept their ********* Same scenario as our driveway. He wanted to not bother doing the driveway right so he quoted us 35000. We have had driveway people out here that can’t believe the job he did.

  Leslie I am sorry that you are having problems with your driveway. This is the first we have heard of it after two years of your living in your new home. Perhaps the driveway has been altered causing the water flow to change? We require a deposit for a quote because we spend many, many hours creating a very detailed estimate. Sometimes it can take many weeks to complete. We give a rough estimate of what the project may cost, but many changes, additions, custom upgrades, and plan changes can dramatically affect the final number. And yes we are very glad that you were able to find someone to do the driveway for less than what we quoted you.
