      I ordered color matched side marker lights on November 26 and as of today Feb 9th we still have not received them. I would like the company to call me back. I have left text messages without a reply.

      Sorry for the late reply but the custom has already gotten this product *** tracking number 1Z249E7V0300925119

      it did arrive a little later than it should have due to a change in manufactures and it took awhile to get the product in.   At the end of the day the customer did get a better product than what they original ordered.

      I ordered some mirrors from Midsouth LED on June 15th 2022. I received my order in about the expected time on July 20th, but found out that somehow I received the wrong order and the box to be damaged. That is fine, I understand mistakes happen. I contacted the company and they replied fairly quickly and said that it was a mistake on their end and they want me to send them back so they can correct their mistake. I had them send me a return label to resolve my issue. I shipped the mirrors back to Midsouth LED within the week I received the order. Since i have shipped them back, i have only received one update on September 14th about correcting my order and I also had to email and ask about my order to even receive the update.They said my order is in the system but in line to get painted. It is now October 13th, and i have texted the number, and emailed multiple times about another update and receive NO answer. It is beginning to really upset me, i have about $1100 wrapped up in these mirrors. It's making me start to believe i have just lost my money at this point. Since i have tried and tried to contact them unsuccessfully, i now feel it is time for someone else to step in and take care of it, that is why i contacted you. I would like to either receive my order and it be right, or just a full refund at this point. Below i attached some screenshots i feel *** help.

      Hello, I bought a pair of tail lights from this company and they were working for the better half of over a week and then they caused problems with my truck causing it to short and blew a fuse leaving me stranded, luckily I fixed it. I filled out a warranty claim on the companies website twice and never got a response back. Im not sure why, I spent well over $600 on these lights because I heard great things about their product and now they wont respond. I just want my money back because its nothing but problems with their product.

      the customer is more than welcome to send the item back and we can see what's going on with it if it is causing the issue.    sounds like to me its something else.    if it was a issue with the tail ************ would have been a issue right off the bat.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      The company said if there was a problem it wouldve happened right off the bat that company should know that circuits dont go bad immediately, theyre LED lights, they require more power than stock lights . I replaced the lights with my old ones and the problem went away and since then I havent had a problem. Can they explain that? Why is it that when I had their product on for a little bit over a week and then thats when the problem  started, I paid a good amount of money for these lights and then all of a sudden Im having issues. We troubleshooted the truck and everything pointed to the tail lights. I have another vehicle thats exactly the same as the one I used the tail lights on and we tested it and it had the same problem so that clearly points  out that it wasnt my vehicle that caused the problem. Ill send the tail lights back to get them checked out but either the company sends me new ones or fixes the lights they gave me since I can no longer get my money back.

      I received custom tail lights from the company mid south leds. I only had them installed for a little over 2 hours until I noticed the driver side tail light had completely fell out. I inspected the crevice the tail light fits into on the truck and noticed one of the mounting screws was still in the mounting hole but the support that the s**** passes through was also gone with the tail light. That clip slides onto the tail light and lets that s**** pass through to keep it mounted in place and has a integrated nut. The mounting clip compared to an oem mopar clip that came on the truck originally were vastly different in quality. The hardware provided by Midsouth led used a cheaper low quality metal clip and bolts, your able to bend back the flip until it snaps when the original will NOT allow that to happen to keep the mounting as tight as possible. Ive reached out to the company and they WILL NOT return any of my phone calls or emails and I put them in dispute with my credit card company and they have still failed to contact me and let my credit card company know that I was supposed ignoring them when I was not at all and would have taken an apology with new hard **** / drive side tail light but they didnt even get back to me after Ive attempted to reach out multiple times.

      Hello im not sure how to respond to this this is why Im sending this email there was no link on the letter I got in the mail.   

      We sell a ton of these items and dont have issues.  If it fell off the truck that was a installer error. We only make the product we do not install.     

      If the customer would like a replacement I dont mind making a replacement at our cost     but we will not be giving him one. He started a charge back over this with his bank and his bank didnt even side with him. Not sure if this is a common issue. Hopefully this will help him if not there nothing else we can do

      I ordered and received from MIDSOUTH LED for my truck a set of color matched headlights, tail lights, fog lights, cab lights, and 3rd brake light. The headlights and fog lights have leaked in water from day one of installation and now the cab lights are cutting in an out and not working. I have made attempts to contact the business but they seem to care less about my issues. I paid over $3000.00 for these products and they haven't even worked right and have had issues since instillation.

      hello I'm sorry to hear this, I see where you texted ** last oct about the issue and we replaced back to you about sending them back to ** with no reply. now everything looks like its out of warranty. we still have no problem resealing the item if you can get it back to us, if there is any damage that needs to be fixed that will be something you will have to pay for since you have waited this long after us telling you to send them back.

      To take the lights out of the truck to send back cost me more money because for one I already paid a mechanic to install them once so to remove them and then install them again would mean paying a mechanic to do this job 3 times. I feel these lights were defective right out of the package so I feel they should be replaced. Or I should be given some sort of refund.

      I spent $1300 on LED door handles. They arrived with bubbles in the handle. I contacted them to ask if there was a way to fix the problem. They told me the bubbles would go away. Two months have gone by. So I contacted them again asking for a refund and they ignored me. I emailed them two more times asking again for a refund. Still no reply. So I commented on their social medias and I was blocked from all of their social medias. This is not right.

      hello bubbles are parts of the process we try to not let them in but sometimes it just naturally happens. if they are to bad we can take them apart and get rid of them they are just air bubbles they do not affect anything. we have told this customer numerous of times to send the item back and we can get rid of them at least most of them. this item was a custom made item we clearly state on our website that there is no refund or returns on this item. but we do offer a 1 year warranty so if there is a issue in that time the customer will just need to send the product back and we can address the issue.

      Nowhere on their website does it say there's no warranty for custom orders. They only told me ONCE to send back the handles but I have heard horror stories about people sending in their products to be fixed and never getting them back. This seller is very immature and did not address that he has BLOCKED me on all his social media because I was calling them out for ripping me off. I was told the bubbles would go away when he knew that they in fact would not. The item was not as advertised and I will pursue legal action if I do not receive a refund.

      again your not going to get a refund on a custom built item we have a year warranty and if there is ever a issue you are to return it for repair or replacement . if you need to take legal action go right ahead but there is nothing to take legal action against. even if we were to refund you which we are not you would still have to send the product back.
      it simple just seems like you want a refund and still keep the item which makes no sense what so ever for any business to do that.

      here is the listing website it does clearly state that there is no refunds or return on custom. made items which this item is due to being painted the color of your truck and we have to hand build them.
      you also get a email with your order number stating the wait times and also the same statement about the warranty

      if you need to take legal action go ahead and do it. we still stand firm at you needing to send the product back to get repaired or replaced. also even if we were to refund it which were not you would still have to send the product back before one was given.

      I ordered custom taillights was jerked around on when I could get them never got any returned calls and just to find out the tail lights aren't even the right ones for my truck you'd think after spending 1000 dollars they would actually care about an order but it's clear this company is one of the worst aftermarket lighting company's out there I will never do business with Midsouth led again and to anyone wondering spend your money at a better business

      Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2021/11/20) */ hello the customer actually ordered the wrong product and we contacted them and corrected it before it was shipped out. not to sure what the issue is but they did send a picture when installing it saying they had a issue but the only issue was they didn't know how to properly install them/ not knowing what they were doing. we high recommend professionals install lights we make so there isn't any issues ever. I have responded to this customer multiple times and never heard back. this case shouldn't even be open. we went above and beyond to make sure the customer got the correct product they they did.

      I ordered a set of headlights for around $780 a couple days ago and accidentally clicked the wrong address and have been trying to contact them every day since then. I have not got a response to change my address and would really appreciate at least a reply from them!!
