    A/C has been out since November, heat has also been out since November. They have told me its too cold to fix the A/C, which only applies to recharging the freon/refrigerant, not the inner workings/mechanics of the unit itself. I am 6 almost 7 months pregnant, and found out in August of last year so we have been without since. below i have attached all maintenance requests since august with dates.

    From the Business: There is a work order in the system for heat not working, which was completed on 02/03/2025. It was confirmed that the relay was changed and the heat was working. We will reach out to the customer to see if she is still having issues.

    On Sept. 11th, I filed a routine maintenance request to have the washer in my apartment unit (254) fixed. This the second time I've had an issue with the washer within the past 4 months. After waiting, a maintenance team member attempted to address the issue on Sept. 19th, but to no avail. He informed me that his team would order the part and it should be received and able to go within 2-3 days. Another week passes and I have not heard any communication, nor solution to my issue. I contact the leasing office to check once more. The give me a similar answer that "the part is on the way and that they can fix it upon arrival." Again, they visit my apartment which has a camera within it.They "fiddled" for an hour, and again, the problem was not fixed. It has now been a month and I am still unable to use a appliance I am paying for within my monthly rental statement. I've been "coaxed" twice into believing the issue would be fixed and it has not. So, I'm asking the BBB to please assist me in assuring that my washer is fixed. It has been such an inconvenience, and without proper communication, it has been a reoccurring thought and disappointment to get off work everyday to an unusable appliance.

    Since Jan. 5th, and after 4 different maintenance requests since then, the dryer within my unit has not been operating effectively, leaving me and my family to restart the drying cycle constantly through the day just to dry one load of clothes. Below are the reference numbers for each request:- ****** - ****** - ****** - ****** Maintenance men have come and gone, but the problem still persists. It is frustrating because as a paying customer, the least of my expectations is that a request like this would be handled or communicated in a relatively professional timeline, but that's not been the case as all. This is not the first time either I've had to consult a third party, just to assure that my request(s) are heard from this complex. Ideally, I'd love it I could just put in the request(s), pay rent (as I do), and come home within a week or two ***** to find my problem solved. That way I could leave them alone, and they can leave me alone too. This is business. You don't have to like me Riverset, and I do not like what I've received as a 5 year renter, but at the very least, "do what you're charged to do", and that way we can be reasonable with each other. I would appreciate the help of the BBB in holding this business accountable and rectifying my issue. I do not want any further action towards the complex aside from my problem being solved, and then after, a professional relationship in addressing the few times when I do communicate with the maintenance office or leasing office.     My experience with the maintenance team at Riverset Apartments in *******, ** has been difficult and frustrating to say the least. There has been a consistent disregard for the comments left on maintenance requests, leading up to the maintenance team entering my apartment without consent. Below is a complete account of the majority of my encounters with the maintenance team. My roommate and I are two young women who want to feel safe in our home, and that has been tainted by these encounters. Knowing that the maintenance team can and will enter our apartment without our permission makes us very uneasy and uncomfortable. I have also requested contact from the regional manager on two occasions and still have not received contact.
