    This apartment complex has failed to deliver when it comes to providing me with a move-in-ready unit. I applied and was approved for this apartment in late February. My move-in date was set for March 20. However, when that date came, I was told that the unit wasnt ready yet because the cleaning crew was unable to do their job. I was told that they will return the next day on the 21st. But then I was contacted by my leasing agent who said that once again there was a delay with the cleaning crew and they wouldntbe able to do anything until the following Monday, March 24. Following with the pattern of delay when Monday came of course the apartment was not ready because now we had to wait on a replacement stove. I was told it will arrive Wednesday, March 26. That day comes and finally I was able to sign my lease and start the move-in process. When I showed up and was given a look at my unit. I would admit that I should have done a more thorough walk-through and self inspection before signing the lease, but I didnt think things would be as bad as they were given the long delay. However, later that evening, I checked everything and made a video of my fightings. The water pressure in all faucets is too low to clean or bathe or cook. The stove was not plugged in and cannot be plugged in because the plug and the outlet does not match. The **** system will not turn on at all. Another issue that I have is being overcharged for sewage and water. I contacted our local utility company and they confirmed that those charges were inaccurate. The property manager said that she would adjust the charges however she has yet to do so. Maintenance has yet to show up to even look at the issues and when I called corporate twice, I havent received a call back from anyone. Initially, the leasing agent put a work order in, but it did not explain what all needed to be fixed. I submitted my own, but they were canceled by the manager for being duplicate orders.

    I was moved into an apartment that was not completely finished. Damages and issues in every room as well as mold on ceiling. Landlord refuses to move me into a completed ********* of transaction - 11/26/2024

    The management is horrible. They never answer the phones and lie about when and what they need to fix. I just moved in October 18 2024. The website says 300 admin deposit and I was charged 600. I was charged ****** for my move in and the apartment was dirty, the bathrooms were inoperable, the refrigerator does not work. There is no hot water. One of my bathroom sinks floods the floor. Nor does the ** or heat work. They also gave me lease paperwork for a different address from were I moved to actually. The tile floors are damaged and need to be replaced.

    We received an email from BBB regarding Mr. ****** ****'s Apartment and issues. Mr. **** moved in on October 18, **************************** system the same day as email was sent over from BBB. On October 22 we had someone to come out to fix his Fridge. On October 23 at 10:31am, Myself (*********) and maintenance staff entered Mr. ****'s home to see repairs and complete was was needed. Small dripping of paint was removed, A/C was fixed, and toilet was repaired as well. On October 23, Pest control entered home and sprayed Mr. ****'s home as a courtesy as well. Plumbers were called to fix leak in bathroom sink and hallway toilet. Plumbers fixed repairs on October 23 as well. All issues reported on October 22 were repaired and taken care of in a timely manner. Mr. **** understood he would have to inform us of any issues in his home first to give us a chance to fix repairs. Mr. **** was also given a small concession due to issues in his home.
    **Attached are pictures and videos of his issues stated in his work order that were completed.

    might have a target on my back after this review, but I am done biting my tongue. Ill admit I made a poor decision not walking through my apartment before I signed my lease, but the landlord told me she had walked through the apartment, everything was finish, and minor details needed to be fixed. I trusted that everything was okay because I was just trying to get my family out of the situation we were in. I signed my lease Feb 29, 2024, I walked into my apartment basically how the last tenants left it. Ive been told everyday since I signed my lease that everything will be fixed. Weve been back and forward living with family and friends, paying them rent, paying for rooms because we CANT MOVE IN. Who would want to move into this apartment? Every time I say Im moving in its always something occurring. Now I am being told that I have to get the lights cut on, so they can finish their jobs when the apartment is not finish. I have yet to move in any of my belongings, not one item, but I have to get the lights on so they can finish what they NEVER started. Why should I have to pay for electricity when they had the lights on the whole time to complete my unit but they didnt do anything and now I have to provide them with electricity so they can finish their job? This is not right at all. Ive been wayyyy tooo nice and very humble. Im not understanding. This has affected my kids living arrangements. This has really affected my family and its almost has ripped us apart. Its now March 25th and They are just now remodeling my kitchen and bathrooms. The tub is still dirty, paint is all over the floor, the shelves in the rooms arent put up, and trash is still on the floor! I also paid $750 in security deposits and now on their ******** page, theyre not accepting security deposits

    The items listed in photos were completed within a weeks time after it was brought to our attention in the office. Resident also did not have any lights on in the home and our team still completed the issues with no power in the home to make sure it was done in a timely manner. Resident also got a concession off rent due to this issue. We also got contractors and vendors to go into home to make sure there was no other issues in home so resident could move in and not have any other issues.

    I have been residing in Stonebrooks apartment for a period of two years. I had to make a call to the office to report several issues, including a leaking air conditioner, mold on my walls, and a wet floor in the bedroom. However, the problems have not been resolved despite multiple assurances from the office. Each time I call, they promise to send someone to fix the issues, yet they remain unresolved. I have consistently paid my rent on time, but I have not received any assistance. Can anyone provide me with help?

     ****************** compliant was worked in a timely manner from his HVAC issues to getting a wet vacuum, and also getting mold treatment as well. We also did a follow up call with resident to make sure all his needs were addressed and complete. ****************** stated there were complete.

    This is my living room ceiling. It's been like this since November of 2022. When it started leaking they gave me a nasty garbage can to catch the water. When it fell I was told I would be credited cause I refused to stay there for the sake of mold, my health and my 3 kids health as well. All I've got is broken promises to get it fixed. I was told they tried to come and fix I but the key didn't work. HOW!!!! I didn't change the locks, and why was it not communicated with me. A simple phone call I could have been there. It is NO courtesy calls or nothing. Just keep me in the loop of what's going on. I've called corporate 5 times still nothing. I do not want to talk to the property manager anymore I want someone above her the owner I feel like I've payed dues(rent) long enough and have been very patient. I want the ********* I bought a tarp to put up there. I even cleaned up the mess cause the lady in the office told me " We will see" when I asked her to get someone out here to clean it up.

    When we first heard of this back in July, we did schedule for our contractor  to come repair the ceiling on several occasions and ************** was not in the home and his keys did not work. We did reach out to him and he informed the office he was on the road. ************** came in the office to give us a copy of his key so we could reschedule for the contractor to come. By the time the contractor was set to come ************** had stated he was moving out and turned in his keys and vacated the premises. Due to the circumstances we allowed ************** out of his lease with no penalties.

    My son moved in April 20,2023 and he hasn't had AC in his apartment this entire time now it's **** the hottest month of the year and his AC still hasn't been fixed I bought AC unit to put in his window to keep him cool because he has asthma went into the office to complain on my sons behalf and was threaten to have the police called on me they tell you so many lies in the office it's just sad and ridiculous...I let my son use me car to get to work and they broke in it and broke my whole ignition switch within a month living here it's toilet water coming out the side of the wall down the walk way the kids sit outside and play in people waste...the maintenance and office team is horrible by getting things fixed to accommodate their residents. And they have roaches!!!! I paid $1100 so my son could move and have a place of his own and nothing has been resolved I feel used.

    I pay my rent on time in full every month. For 15 months now. So, Dishwasher is broken. I put I'm a maintenance request. After 3 weeks they come "fix" it then it's broke the next day again. The water is backed up in the washer causing nets and other bugs. How do I cook, eat clea. With the sink stopped up? It's unsanitary. Thanksgiving is in 8 days. And the kitchen is not available. Mind you I see 3 maintenance men walking around. Talking too each all doing lunch together instead of rotating lunch breaks so that request could be handled. I've had other issues clothes, bed was destroyed due to heater leaking for 5 months I was told I would be compensated but Of course I wasnt. The dishes sitting in this dirty water for 2 weeks. Frustrating to say the least.
