    6/28/2022 Per their Contractual Agreement, Bluff City Paving Agreed to Finish Edge, And to Tamp and Clean.That agreement has not been honored We have sent several text and made many phone calls *********** has promised to handle the situation As of today they have not. Only broken promises.We paid in full before the job was started. That amount was $3,500 per the agreement.The check was deposited and cleared the bank

    I am rejecting this response because: 

    Thank you for your phone call

    I ***** attached a PDF file of how

    our driveway was left by Bluff City Paving

    A representative of the company in

    Question and told me he saw no stains.

    NONE of these stains  from fluid from their equipment

    Were on our drive.

    Bluff City Paving did not trim the ending edge to be flush with the side walk.

    So I dispute the Bluff City Payment Statement by their representative.
