      On November 5, I took my vehicle (2012 Maserati Quattroporte S) to AutoNation Collision Center in Memphis, TN, to repair damage to the driver side of the vehicle, and the front passenger side wheel and ******* of this date (Dec 20) the repairs are not finished because when they removed some moulding from the door being repaired, they damaged a part and had to order one. This has been going on for almost two months. Apparently, they claim the wrong part was initially sent, and they had to reorder the correct part. 3 weeks ago, they claim they found a part in **********, but as of today, it still has not been shipped and they keep shrugging their shoulders about it. Today, I found the part myself, paid for it, and am having it shipped to me by expedited service. If I, the customer can get the part and get it shipped, I'm at a loss as to why they can't get it done. Also, I believe there is something untoward going on with their possession of the vehicle. The engine compartment was popped - not open, but popped. There is absolutely no reason for them to be in the engine compartment - even if they need to charge the battery, as the battery is in the trunk. I'm concerned there is something hinky going on.

      I am sorry for the inconvenience of the customer's vehicle. She has a car with parts on back order. We have ordered the parts and the parts are here. She also ordered a part from a dealership which also came in as the wrong part. We have her car here. The reason the hood was popped is because the tech thought the battery was in the front of the car instead of the back. He did not close the hood completely. That is why the hood is poopped. We have received the part and have put her car together. I will have her car ready to go by end of day today or first thing Monday morning. She has a deductible that I am willing to waive because of the inconvenience. Thank you.

      The Auto Nation company was supposed to fix my car under warranty ( they fixed it in the past but the part they fixed broke requiring them to fix it for free under their "lifetime warranty policy). the manager accused me of causing the problem after they'd already fixed the car and provided no proof. while they had my car in the shop Auto Nation was supposed to cover the rental, they set up the reservation and everything. but the day I went to return the rental I was informed that Auto Nation would not be covering the cost and the rental company took the funds out of my account. I then went to Auto Nation and talked to the manager to see what the problem was and he was very rude saying "I don't have to prove anything to you I'm done with this" and proceeded to kick me out of the office. so 1 he has no proof I was the one that caused the part to break. 2 I think it's very uncoincidental that the part they fixed broke in the exact place they did the repairs. 3 when I asked if they had photos of the damage "that I caused" the manager became very rude and mean. 4 they were the ones who made the reservation for the rental and said they'd pay for it on their account but the rental company sided with them instantly and took the funds out my account without my permission or authorization.

      Customer came back with a complaint that his quarter panel split. First thing, the quarter panel will not just split unless something hit it . I told the customer that something had hit the quater panel and I let him know that this was the reason why the quarter split. I fixed it for him out of good customer service but i will not pay for a rental. I could have not did it for him because he damaged it, but out of good faith, I did

      My Name is ************************* and I have a car at this location for repairs with my insurance Company. My Car has been there since February 2, 2023. I have not gotten my car back. I have been calling and going by the location to get an update on my car for pickup date. I have been giving the run around about my car ever since. They did not complete the repairs on my car so the insurance call to make sure all damages requested to be repair is done. I went there on February 17th, 2023. The insurance company requested repairs on February 20th in which my car sat on the lot until I called to check on it on February24th and on March 1st I was told they haven't. started on my car because the Claim adjustor just sent the request to them the day before. I have gone there on yesterday, but no one could tell me about my car. I have called on today March 7,2023 and the Manger will not return my call. I have spoken to insurance, and they told me to call them again.I have been giving the run around anow my insurance will not pay for the extra days I have a rental. I need them to tell me when my car will be ready for pickup.
