    In February of this year 2022, I was in an accident while driving my 2011 CTS Cadillac. I reported the accident to my insurance company and was given an estimate to have repaired. I read these people's advertisements and so their location and thought it was a good place for business. [boy was I wrong]. They had my car until May 7, 2022. During this time I was called three different times and told that my car was ready. I drove to their location after every call and to find that my car was not ready - it wasn't near ready each trip. On May 7, I got another call from Maaco or ****** who is the shop manager with a very nasty attitude and very poor customer service and the owners weren't any better. These people failed to complete the work that they were paid for. My car is still missing parts that they failed to put back on my car. My hood of the car is twisted and out of line. Parts of my electrical (alternator) are causing my engine to run fuff. Now, I have called them, visited the shop, and email them several times. The answer I get is I will not touch your car anymore. I just need them to finish the WORK and to completely put my back together correctly. The area manager, **** is the only name that the shop would give saying she doesn't know her manager's last name (suspect). How do you not know your supervisor's last name the only way you can contact him is by email only. I need them to completely put my car back together. They have been paid and they won't even honor their warranty. I am so frustrated and tired of these people. I will never recommend them to anyone.

    7/26/2022 put my car in the shop to have front fender liner and bumper replaced and back bumper and tail light replace and entire car painted. They did not put the parts on correctly and did not paint the entire car which they claim they did. They put poly over scuff marks and had poly running down on the car. No poly on the top of the car and some dents were put in the car that wasn't there at first, I'm guessing from not sanding it properly. I had to pay someone else to put the parts on correctly which cost me and additional ******. I paid them ******* for poor work. Every time I went to get my car I would find something else wrong. I did not get my car back until Aug 12th which was suppose to take seven days and it still is not right. Very poor supposedly paint job. The trim on my back bumper came off while driving down the street. They broke all the claps off. My fog lights were not attached to the new bumper correctly because they broke the lights off of the old bumper and did not attach to the new bumper. The lights were not stable, you could push the lights with your hand. I am unable to send pictures of the paint job because it does not show well because the car is silver.

    I paid 3579.72$ to the company to realign the frame and the trunk that went out of alignment due to the accident. They told me about a week of work would be needed which is to be expected however the vehicle took a far longer then that to be ready. When I received it back I inspected the trunk and noticed the trunk is not aligned the car now also has an exhaust leak also the panhard bar is hitting with part of the frame which it shouldn't be and they broke a bushing on my suspension so the vehicle squeaks and suspension parts come into contact for that reason. The car was in on 07/05/22 and wasn't returned until 08/27/22.

    In early March my Jeep compass was taken in for a front bumper repair. The estimate was to fix the front bumper, which they told me they'd have to order the new bumper, remove the old one and reattach the new one. About a month later, April 25, we received the car back and there were several lights on the dashboard. The technician told us that we would have to take it to a Chrysler dealership to reset the lights. We didn't think anything of it, and tried to get a service appointment at the dealership. They were booked, and we just recently received an estimate of ***** dollars to fix the electrical issues that were found under the front bumper which Maaco just replaced. The technitions at the ******* dealership beleive that the exposed and crossed wires occurred from Maaco as this vehicle is new and has not been taken in for any other work. Maaco has not resolved the issue, and avoid my calls or don't give me straight answers. I would like Maaco to pay the ***** dollars to me or the new dealership who I trust more to correct the job, or else I want to take them to small actions court.

    I went and took my car to get fixed here after a wreck that happened in march, and it was just my hood and front right bumper and a few other parts that needed to be replaced. And a month later they kept giving me the run around saying my parts never came in they were just waiting on 5 parts. So another two weeks goes by and theyre telling me the same thing then call and says someone broke onto the lot and stripped my whole car. I believe it was a inside job and told me theres nothing they cant do anything about it, and there cameras dont work they havent been working after they have signs saying they have 24 hour cameras. They took all of my doors tried to take my hood and took all the computer things and few more things under the hood.

    On April 4, 2022 I dropped my 2008 Chevrolet Impala off at Maaco on Mt. Moriah for a new paint job. I paid $1000.00 up front for them to get started. My car was a beautiful deep royal blue. All I wanted was the car repainted that color. By April 13th the car was ready. I pull up to see my car parked on the side of the building a dark navy almost black color. I was ddnt believe it was mine. So i went in and paid the other half not thinking that they could mess this up so bad. I asked where my car was and the lady told me on the side of the building. I told them that that wasnt the color we agreed to. I go out to see the car and not only did they mess the color completely off but the emblems are not on the car. The back of the 2008 ***** Impalas are the best parts of the car, and now the car is ruined. I hate looking at it. They agreed to fix it. So i lefted it. A week later i get back up there and not only is the car another ugly color but the paint is still wet and any kind of ****** thats in the air on anyday it sticks to the car now. I gave them two chances to fix this and now i really just want my money back. By far the worst paintjob ive ever seen.

    Maaco put the wrong bumper on my car and refused to change it. Insisting it was the correct bumper. They also said my car was ready and if I didn't pick it up, I would be charged a thirty dollar per day storage fee. In addition, they said if I didn't pick it up within ten day it would be sent to auction. My car in fact was not ready. The A/C doesn't work. The windshield washer doesn't work and leaks. Only one of the headlights come on. In general all of the workmanship is very poor.

    I took my vehicle for repairs there in March they contacted me on Monday May the 9th and told me that someone had broken to the auto body shop and did $37,000 in damage to my car by stealing the parts off of it I have a 20/20 ****** Altima and they told me just to follow with my insurance and that's all the information they gave me and tell me to have a nice day a drink

    April 22nd I was told to come pick up my 2014 Dodge Journey because it was ready to go. My truck was at Macco since March 29th due to me being rear ended. I had to call several times to find out what was going on with my vehicle. Thier customer service was not good at all. But, when I got to Macco on Friday April 22nd my rear camera wasn't working right. It was still doing what it was doing when I had dropped it off. I went in to tell the employee (****). She said it was fixed the night before. So she sent someone out to look at it and the young tired to fix it. But, he broke the end part of the carmea off. He said **** I will get ***** ********* or ***** (Employee) to order u another one. He stated I do apologize about that. He proceeds to go back in Macco to let the manager ***** know. She said that I gotta call my insurance company. I said he broke my camera not them. She(*****) get to talking loud yelling etc.. I said once again Maaco have to replace my camera. ***** ********* then yelled loading calling me a B**** ***** tells me that I have my paperwork and they are refusing my service. This was an insurance claim and they got paid. So I'm trying to seek help and it's alot more to go with this complaint just not enough space to type it all up.
