**************** is horrible!!! I have recipients of everything.I am writing this review to give a detailed description of a service that was not performed. I was promised a service and when I went to pick up my car on April 25th,I had another mechanic come look at my car. I received the same car with the same issues. They did not fix what they promised to fix. Like I stated before at the time of pickup I had another mechanic come run a diagnostic on my vehicle, the same diagnostic was shown. On April 6, 2023 Christian Brother Automotive charged my card for the amount of $1000 and on April 24th the final amount was charged to my debit card for the amount of $2,724.18 charged by Christian Brothers Automotive. The whole time I was there I was working with **** that was at the service desk. After picking my car up in the same shape, I attempted to reach a resolution with them for not fixing my car. I reached out to them nine different times from April 25th through May 1st . After reaching out to them nine times they have yet to offer a resolution which is why I am disputing said charges. I was promised that they were going to remove and replace my camshaft, removal of valve cover and inspection of Valve Train, full synthetic oil change, remove and replace of spark plugs, remove and replace brake vacuum pump. I had to voluntarily give my car back to the company i finance it through because it was not drivable at all. I was forced to purchase a new car because Christian Brothers did not perform their duties as stated. I payed them large amount of money just for me to have to give my car back because of its not drivable. I have pictures showing my camshaft was still having issues. Well corrections the new diagnostic from my mechanic. I would like for some one to reach out to me regarding this issue.

******* we care and spent extra time to help you.  You drove the ****** an additional 253 miles after we successful made the repairs, before it went into limp mode.  Your vehicle went into limp mode for reasons not related to the repairs that were made.

As a reminder, those repairs we made are covered by our 3 year or ****** mile warranty, whichever last longer...so, if it takes you 5 years to go ****** miles you are still covered by our warranty.

Today's vehicles are complicated and under daily stress resulting in components needing attention at different points of time.
