    I had my car brought her mat 15th. Theyre not working with my insurance who is paying for them to do the job I have to call them each and every time they send an e mail to my insurance to get them to do their job. They told me it would be a priority in July I was fine with that but they havent even ordered parts created an invoice which my insurance needs to get the security check ****************** told me in June after my car was towed here out of pocket and sat here for a month he didnt need my work and was refusing to do it which he could have told me may 15th when I got my car towed or before it sat there for over a month. Now they ever do anything once we call them every day for a week they havent touched my car. They havent created an invoice its July 20 th. My car has been sitting there not a priority on the back burner I have a doctors appointment every day Ive been taking Lyfts everyday twice a day at least because of this and they act like Phils not there whenever I call this could have all been avoided if they said in the begginning they were too lazy to go thru insurance . Because they act like every request from my insurance such as for an invoice for the security deposit weve been waiting on since July 1st is impossible for them. At this point it feels intentional to get me to take my car somewhere else where im sure someone else will appreciate my business as its almost a 10k job but they should pay for the tow as I had to pay for a tow to sit at there shop for over tow months untouched not even ordered parts anything yet. Theyre sleazy car ppl who take advantage of ppl in a bad situation I dont have money to get it towed anywhere else and they promised me July 1 it would be a priority its not never has been and its a 10k job just stirring in the sun

    Left a car here after hearing good things about this place and our experience was a complete nightmare. This car was my sisters only form of communication with her three young granddaughters that shes raising alone. The car was brought there in April and after several calls trying to get a quote, finally a man named ***** gave a quote with three options. We chose the cheapest option which was the car will work fine around the neighborhood just dont get on expressway or long trips. When we picked the car up on May 24th we paid the quoted price of $636.00. The car would not start after paying so **** had to get a battery charger to start it. I asked him would this be a problem and he said no it will be fine. We left and it broke down less then 5 miles from Dougs automotive. I called and said where the car broke down and so they had it towed to them the next business day. I called and they said to bring them the key which I did that day and they would let me know when it was ready. Once again we heard nothing. I kept calling and someone said that they would have **** call me every time I called. Finally June 10th the same man answered and I could tell he was frustrated when I called so **** finally got on the phone and told me that the car was worth fixing and he said he would call me back after I told him that I was willing to pay a little more if I had to, we really needed this car. Once again nothing, I called several times and never talked to **** again. On June 15th, I told the same man that answered the phone each time that I would just come there so maybe I could talk to ****. I went on June 20th and told the lady at the front desk everything that had gone on and she said let me talk to ****, she seemed very sympathetic. She came back and told me there was nothing they could do about the car and said **** said he talked to me several times which wasnt true. They would not refund anything. Just said they put that much work into it.
